I glaze my wavy hair with Moroccan oil with a little water before bed, throw my hair over my sutera neck pillow with a silk pillow case and wake up with hydrated voluminous happy curls.
The way you wrote that it sounds so wonderful .. I have no idea what a sutera neck pillow is and I doubt I need one.. but i'm tempted to go buy one.. 🤣😂🤣
I’ve been waiting for this video! Except I’m a stomach sleeper. I tried to learn to sleep on my back after Angie talked about it on her channel. Maybe I’ll try again
Thank you! I used to be a stomach sleeper and then one day I couldn’t sleep on my stomach anymore. So I start out on my side but a lot of times I end up on my back. It’s definitely hard to get used to.
Oh my dog! I love you!!! This is so simple and I wonder if it will help my breathing at night too! I never got that pulling the hair up in the scrunchie, it pulls out the curls and leaves a dent!
Hello Beautiful! I have a Swan pillow, the one that looks like a question mark ??. When I put my curls over the edge, and when I wake up, the side (I only sleep on my left side), this technique seems to work for me. Thanks for suggesting that in your earlier video, I would of never thought to to do that. Have a blessed day. 💋
I sleep with a CPAP but mine only has one strap. And I just run it under my hair. I have the nose pillows. I used to have the two straps that went in the back and so I would pull all of my hair, let me see if I can explain this, so the top strap on your head as it goes around the back of your head, all that hair above that top strap I would pull that out so that it wasn’t being smashed down by the CPAP. But if you have the strap that goes down the middle of your hair like a middle part, I think that would be harder. But I would still try to pull my hair out from being held down by the straps as much as possible.
I have curly bob, just above my shoulders. I kind of Medusa clip my hair on top of my head (well, as much as I can get up there - the lower back layers I just leave free) but only use 2 clips, then position my 2 cpap straps accordingly. I have nasal pillows and so there’s the swivel connector for the hose at the top of my head plus a strap that goes around the back of my head. I position the top of the head one in front of my clipped up hair and the back of the head one underneath my clipped up hair. Sorry, that’s as clear as I can make it.
I can’t do that with mine…my hair is so silky(?) that a loose scrunchie falls out a tighter one (I’ve tried them all 😒) leave a dent and pull it straight… Besides, I sleep like a tornado 🌪️ my hair usually shows it lol
@@karaaguilar4982 I have coarse dryer hair so it doesn't hurt my hair with a scrunchie. I can take a ponytail holder out of my hair and it stays up just like it had it in it 😂
Great question! Here a what Google says: If you struggle with back, shoulder, and neck pain, using a wedge pillow is a good way to reduce chronic pain. Placing a wedge pillow under your upper body reduces lumbar (lower back) and cervical spine (neck) pressure and promotes healthy spinal alignment.
There are sometimes pieces that won’t curl. Lol I almost cut one off the other day. (Glad I didn’t!) Keep the faith and keep scrunching. If all else fails, curl them with a curling iron. They’ll blend right in and you’ll feel better. 🥰🥰🥰
Your relatability is everything I need to start back on a curly journey! Thank you!💚🧡
Awesome! Thank you!
Thanks for telling us your sleep secret. I'm gonna give it a try!
Yay! I hope it works for you!

Honey, you are gonna wind up with some bad back and hip problems sleeping like that.
I guess gorgeous hair is worth it, 😂❤

Absolutely! Apologies that it took so long for me to make it. And I hope it helps!

Does anyone else have curly hair and use a Cpap? What do you do with your hair at night?

How is this supporting your neck while you sleep?
