    I don't have curly hair, but for some reason now my hair is extremely wavy and if I use curling shampoo and mousse....it looks naturally curly. So weird to me. I found you this morning on TH-cam and I just love your videos.

    It's terrific . You look refreshed!! Fluffier and younger. Almost identical to my cut. Except my bangs are slightly shirter so they swoop when done straight It wwill look fab straighter also.

    I saw something today, and it reminded me of a product wr grew up with and was wondering if its actually still good to use......heck.....or do they even still make it!.....VO5 Hot Oil Hair Treatment!

      Oh wow, I forgot all about that. Well, I just googled it and it is still out there and people still claim that it is fantastic. We may have to give it a try! Interestingly, you use it before you shampoo and leave it on for one minute. Let me know if you try it!

    Love this video! You and your hair are so pretty. I noticed that you were taking wide sections when you were cutting. Do you ever do narrower sections? Just wondering what difference it makes cutting wide sections compared to narrow ones. Thank you. Blessings from the United Kingdom. X

      @@undeniably_lenora Thank you. What is the difference please between using narrow or wide sections as in, does it make a difference to the layers?

    • @undeniably_lenora
      @undeniably_lenora  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I would say personal preference and I would venture to say that some would say it could offer more precision to do smaller sections, but with most hair, a millimeter difference isn’t going to matter.

    Hi there your haircut turned out great! I love layers and have tried cuts like the unicorn, but I really want to try your method when I cut again I feel it's more precise. I just want to make sure about the back. I am not sure ,but you cut the layers with the shorter guide right around to the back, but do you leave a base at the back where basically the length of the hair is?
    Basically how low do you cut in the back? TiA!😊🌻

    • @undeniably_lenora
      @undeniably_lenora  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thanks for your comment!
      The unicorn cut drives me crazy! Lol 😂
      Your guidelines in the back are your longest length in the back and your shortest length on top. I think I even had to search for that in the video at one point. You don’t always find it the first time you comb your hair. The more you do it and look for it, the better you will be able to identify what you are looking for. I hope this helps. I plan to make more hair cutting videos. Be patient with yourself!! ❤️❤️❤️

    Do you have a preference where the shortest layer should be/lay? I am “training” a new stylist!

    • @undeniably_lenora
      @undeniably_lenora  28 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      It’s strictly personal preference. The shorter the layer, potentially, the bigger the hair.
      My starting point is usually making sure the bang area reaches to the chin. Buuuut you could want that shorter! You have to try the things and see what works best for you.

      @@undeniably_lenora my hair is wavy but with a bit of work I can get it to be fairly curly. If it’s cut with too short of layers or too short the curl disappears but if it the top layer is too long then the top tends to get flat and loses definition. Plus I get ‘dog tails’ on the bottom sides that want to fall forward 😞🤷🏻‍♀️…..oh the joys!

    Hi Lenora! How do I get my graying, wavy/curly hair to shine and not have a flyaway halo? This Florida humidity is killing me.

      Hi ladies!! That Florida humidity is a THANG!!! I talk about it with my family all the time and they don’t get it. They don’t think it’s different from Tennessee humidity BUT IT IS!!!
      I feel your pain. I haven’t spent enough time there to figure out the answer but I would try different things. Light hold verses strong hold products. Leave in conditioner (a light one) verses a heavy conditioner (that you apply and leave in) verses no conditioner. Creams, shines, etc. I’m not suggesting you break the bank, but try the grocery store brands and play around and see what you have good results with and go from there. Don’t be afraid to mix products together. Email me at undeniablylenora@gmail.com with questions (it gets hard to follow a comment thread here on TH-cam) if you have any questions from here. ❤️❤️❤️
