    I have finally found my people; the land of wavy likely to friz hair (you had me at cowlick)! I watched so many videos on curly hair that used products that just didn't work for my hair. I have already tried a couple tricks I've learned on this channel and am very happy with the results. I am a devout user of Deva curl one of the few products I've tried that didn't make my hair feel like plastic after it dried. But I am going to try the Gel Spray. Regular hair spray, while having great holding power, leaves my hair as natural feeling as a hair net. Thank you for all the tips and tricks!

    I have been using Jessicurl products for quite a few years now ❤ they work amazing for me and so glad they are fragrance-free as I am a migraine sufferer and triggered by scent. Was sad when Jesse passed away as she was a gem. She will always be remembered as her products live on. 👍

    Your videos have been so helpful ! My hair is very similar to yours and I started scrunching when diffusing... OMG, wow, what a difference it has made! For years I have seen all the "don't touch your hair when diffusing " video's and honestly had zero success with my waves/curls. Any advice for those of us who live in dry (super dry) next to no humidity climates? I live in Las Vegas for reference. I watched your how to sleep video, and I don't have a wedge, but I do pull my hair up and over the pillow like you mentioned, I've been doing that for a while now and it works amazing. I may try the wedge though to see if there is a difference.

      Thanks for your comment! I used a pillow before I discovered the wedge. And it works great, I also use the pillow provided when on on vacation.
      We love Vegas! I have a cousin that lives there.
      I find you can still do all the things I recommend, it’s just making sure that your hair stays wet. My hair dries out before I get the products on!

    Is there heat protectant in this mix? Do I need a heat protectant? I have wavy hair and try to coax the most curl out of it that I can and don't want to weigh it down. Thanks for describing your process. I learned a lot.

      As far as I can tell, there is no heat protectant in these products.
      I do not think you need a heat protectant and I don’t use them. I believe that we never need to use anything that is hot enough to damage our hair.

    Good Morning!
    I have a question about application of products.
    I can't throw my head upside down or bend over thanks to a recent extensive back surgery (8 hours extensive - Yikes!) How can I get the products evenly applied to my hair, especially glazing it?
    Absolutely love your channel, you making me smile even when I'm in pain.

    • @undeniably_lenora
      @undeniably_lenora  3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Oh wow! That’s a lot!
      Do the same thing with the products, but just hold your head upright. Make sure you start with glazing the products on your hair before you start working it through. Start with your ends and work into the mid shafts and then get more product and go for the roots and then the mid shaft. Do everything the same but just hold your head up. Ribbon your hair through your fingers, really worked that product through and you should be fabulous. You can also scrunch with your head right side up.

    Unfortunately, Amazon does not accept returns on aerosol products. It’s because of the hazardous precautions that restrict shipping. They will give a credit if the product is defective however you have to call or chat online with a representative for a resolution. How do I know this? I have a graveyard of curly hair products.

    Your videos have helped this old woman who, for MANY years, had really short hair and then decided to grow it hair out. It looks ok the 1st day...I wouldn't call my hair curly but wavy...but the 2nd day is TERRIBLE! I tried sleeping like you suggested but because my hair is not as curly or long as yours it was a mess when I got up. Any suggestions for when it is really untamed and wild and I don't want to go thru the 1st day routine again? Right now I am just pulling the sides up and pinning it back. I tried the GF product last time and did like it better than what I previously used. Thanks so much from a fellow TNean!

    • @undeniably_lenora
      @undeniably_lenora  3 วันที่ผ่านมา

      The struggle is real! I feel like the GF products give me the best curl. Even when my hair was short I would just push it up and try not to sleep directly on it unless it was pushed up. And a year ago my hair was a lot shorter.
      This is probably the hardest thing, but make sure you’re not being too picky! I personally love to be super duper picky and having this channel and filming my hair has taught me that it looks great even when I don’t think it does.

    Do you have any idea why in the CG world, is protein such a big concern?

    • @undeniably_lenora
      @undeniably_lenora  2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hi! Protein is important to all of the hair world. Hair is comprised mostly of keratin which is a protein. Damaged hair is lacking protein and is dull and lifeless. So we add protein back to build up the keratin in the hair. However, too much protein can make your hair brittle!
      Hair that is damaged by color or heat cannot be restored, it can only be helped and it depends on how bad the damage is.
