Huge fan of Dr. Fung and Dr. Berry. The two of them saved my life, and put life back into my life. I was just waiting to die when I read "The Obesity Code."
These two Doctors are candles in a dark world.
The medical industry is a lot like a religion. If you stray from the official dogma you will be punished, and possibly "excommunicated" from the brotherhood.

My brother-in-law was diagnosed in 2016 or 2017 with stage four melanoma. It had spread to his adrenal glands and other places in his body. He had major abdominal surgery and a bunch of different treatments. He had to go off one of his treatments because it was affecting his eye sight. It then spread to his brain - three small tumours in his brain. He deteriorated very quickly and was given weeks to live. He was finally able to start immunotherapy treatments, and he literally came back from death's door. He is still alive today, living with cancer. My sister still has a husband and their 3 children still have a father.

I started ketovore and got sugar and carbs out of my diet, lost 16 lbs in 3 weeks transitioning to keto first
Sugar feeds cancer....obesity and sugar are linked to cancer relapse, my goals are to get to normal weight and eliminate sugar....hoping my tumor markers will improve....my T-cells are lazy, so i added bone broth which stimulates T-cells

@@deniseatthelake You might want to add High dose Vit C IVs to what you are doing. Yes, sugar is food for cancer that's why it's used in PET scans and also used in the Cancer therapy known as IPT Insulin Potentiated Therapy, which is low dose chemo, where you fast before treatment then are given a small dose of glucose to get the cancer to pick up the chemo for food. It has very good results. The liver processes Lactic Acid, Fructose and other sugars to make glucose for the body and also for cancer food. If you can stop the liver from being able to process lactic acid into glucose, then you can starve cancer. Well Hydrazine Sulphate can do that. Now if you can stop the cancers from picking up the glucose you can really starve them that's where Poly MVA comes in. Both works well and fast to stop cancer. Oxygen is another cancer killer and why Vit C is so important cause it kills by producing Hydrogen peroxide.

I'm T2D and my PCP and dietition gave bad advice. Hospital fed me foods to keep me sick. I now follow these two dr and change my health. I'm trying to get off the meds. My PCP doesn't help any by wanting to up my meds. I've loss weight, lower my glucose and A1C results! It seems the health professionals wants to keep the sick sick. With sick patients money keeps coming in. There is no money making if we are all healthy!!!

Money runs the world. Eating 6 meals a day with snacks between meals is nonstop eating so it's not healthy eating by a long shot!!! I have diabetes type 2 and the damn doc plus the dietition both recommended me to eat the ADA menu. They promote sick people to stay sick. Hospital also does the same. I was hospitalized for 3 days and the food their also is full of sugar!!! Sugar is killing our nerves if we over consume it. Why no one is educating us instead they try to harm us? They are technically killing people yet they get paid and jail free???

I followed Dr Fung IF the 18/4 which is great and results are better than my PCP recommendations. My nutritionist food advice to eat carbs, whole grain, wheat bread, cut fat, cut salt, measuring my foods to a precision's before consumption, eat meat the size of my palm, need to have hard candy or soda bc I will need it, and 10 minute of exercise is enough do not overwork yourself, and so so. I told my PCP I am overweight and he said I look fine no worries about weight. He said we will introduce more meds later but for now medformin at 500 mg twice a day and atorvastaton at night. Then he wanted to increase the medformin bc he said my BG isn't coming down enough. I ate what the nutritionist recommended and my BG went over the roof everytime so now I did the opposite and the results were amazing. IF and KETO had results! My weight is steady and my BG hasn't run off the roof. Their suggestion end results are better than my PCP and nutritionist put together!!!

When my cancer was found at the end of 2021 (and after having the surgery in early 2022), it had not spread. I'm still working on my weight, but I think now that I'm cutting out plants, I might progress more quickly. 😁

Dr Funghas been very forth right & humble in some of his videos about how challenging it was to break out of the OLD paradigm taught in Med School of giving insulin for people's high blood sugars & having them eat by following the highly toxic "food pyramid." When Dr Fung kept seeing his patients with diabetes get SO much better when they began to eat the OPPOSITE of the food pyramid, & also do INTERMITTENT FASTING, he finally HAD TO ADMIT that the OLD paradigm WAS NOT WORKING. I was impressed that he admitted he had believed incorrect information that he was taught in Med School, & THEN BEGAN REALLY LOOKING AT, ADMITTING TO, & TEACHING THE FOODS, EATING & FASTING TECHNIQUES THAT ACTUALLY WORKED!!

My previous doctor was overweight and could not get me off levothyroxine and told me to eat regularly 5 meals/day! In 2016, I just told her, I quit levothyroxine cold turkey, went on only 3 low carb, high protein meals/day whether she supported my decision or not! It was hard without medical support but at least I have an undergraduate degree in nutrition and the knowledge helped. 2017 started keto and IF for 12 hours. since December 2020, IF for 18 hours ... I am now retired but this was a profound problem throughout my career. Doctors do try their best and has their patient's best interest as their guiding principle but the drug companies are relentless and subtle and doctors are human and and even though they try they are not above this. If people were to just cut back on added sugars and simple carbohydrates (which is more pervasive and harder to spot) we will be well on our to winning that "war on cancer"
