This is an old video but I drove one yesterday. Just confirms my love for Ford. It was a blast to drive, gearbox superb but also comfortable. It was almost like a hot hatch in the way it drove.
My fiesta is 10 years old, it’s extremely reliable. The gear change is very smooth and effortless, and feels great to drive. I don’t understand why Fords get a bad reputation
In the US they got a bad rep because their automatic transmissions were garbage for many years. I’ve heard good things about the manual transmissions though. I think I’m going to get a used 2013 Fiesta with the manual transmission next week.
Ford is also beloved in Germany. The handling is great and from what you get per Money is also great. Ford is probably the best American car with Jeep out there. Only problem is obviously the Quality of the Enterior and all that stuff which cant hold up with some German cars
I just bought one but can't pick it up for a week. Your video allowed me to get used to the car and the controls. Thanks! (Bluetooth and heated front window? They never mentioned those! :-)
I find it still is a little underpowered. You really have to rev it out in each gear. Very sluggish with a load. But, hey it's a great little car for around town

I have a fiesta style 1.25 2013 but its a 60 bhp was wondering if the 80 bhp would save more fuel because it doesnt struggle as much with carrying more weight on it? Because on the market places both trim levels say they have the same fuel economy but someone told me the 80 Bhp gives better fuel economy than the 60bhp
My 1.25 Mk6 fiesta is nippy but you got to rev them fairly high to reach the power though, and there's not much torque.I'm not sure about these newer versions if they're any good. Gearboxes are usually great, if you put it into first, then reverse does it go in easier, if so it could be that your clutch is the problem
