IT started when i was into crash diet and continuous masturbation, leads to complete exhaustion and depletion of my Energy, one fine day my Insomnia started. Tried many things since then, some yoga breathwork, exercise, meditation etc.., i couldn't make anything for continuously. My mind wanders and switches. Please suggest me Insomnia remedy as i lost almost my life bcos of this. I can spend 20 mins daily. Thanks
@@karthikks9976maybe try a focus meditation on a candle for 10/20 min a day. Breathing in on the flame gaze and on the out breath focusing on periphery and recognizing you’re separate from the candle. It could help train the mind to focus again.
