    I love this class! I love all your classes! I love that they're all different lengths and use different sequences! I'm not always in the mood for an hour but sometimes I'm like "Let's do this!" You hit all the muscles in the body in different ways! This one in particular that last sequence kicked my butt! You're amazing thank you for being you!

    I enjoy your classes. I am hoping between these classes and regular elliptical sessions I can maintain fitness and adequate muscle tone without having to lift weights at the gym.
