Nice class! Thank you. Question - why do you cue "shoulders down" when your arms are reaching up?
I’m glad you enjoyed 🤍 I generally try to cue a happy medium between shoulders lifting high up & pulling down - I know it’s an outdated cue in fitness to draw them down. My priority is to keep the chest broad (depending on the shape we’re in) and neck happy / engaged. I may have misspoke or not conveyed my cue clearly if it didn’t make sense to you!
I can't do the roll-up without assistance with my hand, that means I have weak core muscles, correct? I love your class, just subscribed.
