    I do your workouts every day - this was (for me) the hardest one I’ve come across yet. Whew, I barely made it. You introduced me to yoga that I have the patience for - I always thought it was too slow for my liking. Your flows are great, the time flies. Thank for providing them, without ads or fees. I so appreciate all your work, I can’t imagine the time you put into this.

    I think this instructor has so much potential and this is just my personal opinion - I think I would’ve enjoyed this class more if “8 more reps” actually meant 8 and not 3 or 8 or 16. The vinyasa portion could’ve been slowed down just a bit more because I didn’t have time to take a full inhale/exhale to feel into each pose. With that, the class was challenging, sweaty, great video quality, and a motivating instructor!

    You have to already been in really really great shape for this. I run and do yoga and floor exercises daily and I couldn’t keep up at all. Had to keep cutting her progressions short. She also has the demeanor of kourtney kardashian, so you’ll find no perky motivational encouragement here. But this class will have you sore from top to tail for sure.

      before you leave a rude comment, remember that I’m a human too. when I produced these classes, I paid to rent a studio space & had limited time, so I was filming this type of workout for 5+ hours straight. if you think 45 minutes was hard, imagine how tired I was. also a reminder that this class is totally free for you - no one’s forcing you to be here.

    Have you counted how many crunches are in this whole workout? I'm raising money for St. Jude in a 100 crunch a day challenge in January and wondered how many this would account for. :)
