My son who is a chef said to put cool water on the grounds first while waiting for the boiling water. Just enough cool water to wet the grounds. I add cinnamon to my coffee grounds before steeping. Can't drink it without now. Sometimes I add pepper.
Aeropress, dark French Roast. Very specific brand/grind. After decades black coffee, inexplicably started large blob heavy cream large blob sugar in black coffee on November 6. Think I might’ve jumped more than one timeline…
I use a Chemex coffee maker. Medium roast with lavender buds and rose petals sprinkled on top of the grounds. Organic half and half and Monk fruit sweetener.
Oh yay! Coffee is my best friend. I do a Kalita wave pour over. I get my beans from Alma (check it out, small family coffee farm in Honduras, roasted and shipped from Canton GA), fresh roasted a few days before I get it by mail, I grind right before making a cup, mix 1/2 decaf and 2/3 reg beans, medium dark roast, and I make it strong! I use a little half and half and a teaspoon of coconut sugar. Sounds fancy but it's truly the only thing I still spend too much money on. And I will do my best to continue supporting Alma if the tariffs and other crap coming down the pike raise the price.
When there was two of us, we would make a full pot, but now there's just one of us, so I use my single cup keurig After trying several different brands, I settled on the. Mcdonald's regular roast. I too add cinnamon, both bark and twig and then a splash or two of soy milk
I love the ritual of making my coffee in the morning. Dark Roast is my choice, no sugar and a small dash of creamer. I only use the night before setup when I have an early rise for appointments. 2 mugs in the morning, then I am done for the day.
😂 my favorite food group! I mix dark and medium roasts together. I grind the beans as my water heats up. Brew in a press. Meanwhile, I put dark hot chocolate in my cup that’s a 24oz cup. Pour coffee until there’s about a cup space at the top. I add whole milk. I then drink it over the next 4-6 hours.
I do use a French press some times so glad to hear prep ideas and additions. Yum! I mostly use a nespresso machine with 2 Peet’s coffee pods (red 9 or golden 10) set to lungo, plus a cup of warm frothed whole organic milk and tsp of coconut sugar. It’s my morning ritual and treat.
I love the Press. I use dark roast coffee beans Kona or French roast. Lately I have been mixing hazelnut coffee with cafe veranda in the coffee machine that is like a kueric but has reusable basket so don’t have to get the pods. Yes however folks like their coffee is OKAY 👍 ❤❤
Oooh coffee. My favorite beverage. I like mine fresh ground 8 o'clock Columbian bean. French press or full pot automatic. Splash of Irish cream creamer.( I know creamer is not healthy, but at this point in time I don't care) Fresh coffee brewing is one of the most appealing smells in the world.
My go to is iced coffee but I do drink coffee hot too. When I do drink hot coffee I just put French vanilla creamer and a packet of sugar in it. I am boring with my coffee lol. I don't drink it a lot though.
That was great! Coffee lover here too. We have a machine that grinds the beans and then brews all-in-one so it’s practically perfect every morning. Medium to dark roast beans kept in a seal- lock container. Caffeinated. All I put on my coffee is skim milk 😆. During the day, I drink flavored decaffeinated that I brew in a single serving machine that uses ground coffee. Again, skim milk. I’m 64 and at least 4-5 years now I stated eating healthy.. not pure vegan or anything just lettuce, veggies, fruit mainly apples, tuna salad, broiled chicken and fresh turkey once in a while. I do eat unsalted peanuts for protein too. Never knew growing old is this hard😆. I used to enjoy flavored half and half in my coffee. Sugar. Those were the days!😆
Ceylon Cinnamon is the best. I put in in all my freshly juiced produce! I drink my coffee with cream and monkfruit/erythritol sweetener (it does not raise your blood sugar) I thought I would hate it, but I love it. I am not a fan of the stevia aftertaste
I don’t drink coffee. It’s does unpleasant things to my insides. But I drink my tea every morning. Green tea and/or Reishi tea. I’m a tea drinker since I was 50. I never was a tea drinker until 50 totally was a soda drinker for most of my life. Now I am a tea totaller anyways I went and checked out Lee Harris energy finally remembered to do that moments ago and, wow! I had a complete chill like all throughout my legs in my arms in my body. I just got this when I went to his channel like a vibrating chill. It was very pleasant so I am going to have to check out some more. I am a diabetic and I take Ceylon cinnamon like three times a day. It’s really good for you! It helps control blood pressure and blood sugar. I don’t put any milk or honey or sugar or any sweetener in my tea. Everybody I know does, but I don’t like it like that.
I don't like the taste of coffee, so I started drinking French Vanilla Instant about 3 years ago. It cuts down on the amount of headaches I used to have. But you have your coffee down to a science. Got to respect that! - Kat
My morning routine (which in includes coffee). Steps in Order 1. Drink 33.8 oz of alkaline water 2. Organic Instant Mushroom Coffee. 16oz of water with 2 T of coffee and Traders Joe's Oat Milk 1/3c 3. Immunity Booster Shot 4. Vegan Protein shake chocolate 5. Loose leaf tea (lemon balm, raspberry leaf, red clover) with honey. *Side note...yes, I pee for the first 3 hrs, every 10 mins. 🤣 My daily card reading, journaling and grounding during this time.
Lite Maxwell House, whole milk and sweet & low. I know... don't judge. Just started adding Daily Dose mushroom. Loving the gentle energy it brings. Still need the S&L! Stevia tastes terrible to me.
I shamefully have three Keurig machines. I do use reusable pods frequently though. I have an entire coffee cart set up upstairs, near our bedroom, and it continues to be one of the nicest things I’ve ever done for myself. I do intermittent fasting and what I generally call low carb Paleo. my morning coffee has: coffee 😂, colostrum, MCT oil, organic half-and-half, Stevia, and, pumpkin spice (lots of good spices in there for my autoimmune diseases, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue). My afternoon, breaking my fast, coffee has a bunch of collagen rather than the colostrum. I also avoid seed oils, especially cotton seed (industrial waste) and soybean . Since I can’t eat gluten (celiac) we rarely eat out so it’s pretty easy to avoid a lot of the garbage.
Oh my… I’m a real coffee head/snob: I buy green coffee beans 16 lbs. at a time, and roast a batch for 3 days in a little roaster in my kitchen. For all y’all, roasting coffee does NOT smell good; it smells like burning popcorn! 😆 I usually roast it to “medium”, City+ to Full City roast. I like the Central American coffees a lot these days, from Guatemala and Honduras; also Peru, and Flores which is near Indonesia. I grind it fresh every morning for my husband and me. I make it VERY strong: 5 scoops of whole beans into the grinder for 7 “cups” (6 oz. Each?) of RO filtered water, in a drip brewer that heats the water to boiling and then lets it drip onto the grounds. I put a little ghee, and a bunch of organic coconut milk into my delicious cup of coffee. 🤤😍 I’ve been doing this for easily 10 years now. P.S. I buy my green coffee beans from Sweet Maria’s in Oakland, CA. I’m a loyal customer of theirs. 👍
Maybe THRIVE? We do Starbucks pike place and i add carmel macchiato creamer..yup super healthy, unlike your healthy choice. I think the only nut pods one that is ok is the plain unsweetened.
All I have to do is hear people talking about coffee to make we want some! French Press or Moka Pot at home; pour over when I can get it, and usually black w/mct oil, coconut oil, or ghee ☕
I love General Foods International Suisse Mocha Cafe coffee! It’s the only coffee I drink since I too am not a fan of the taste of coffee, this tastes like chocolate with a kick.
I am bad I just get the little pouches , anything flavored with vanilla or carmel or chocolate, im a starbucks convert. I never drank till i tried them. Their samples, I tried straight. but one time I was at the doctors. I didnt know how many packets to put in. LOL I put far too much.adnd it was syrup. HOW silly right. lol
My Coffee: Start with one cup of ordinary coffee. Add one tablespoon of cappuccino mix and just a dollop of milk. Mmmmm, it tastes like coffee ice cream!
The damage to your heart and arteries from seed oil is really when you’re cooking it at high temperatures so a little bit in your water Coffee is OK if that’s what you like.

Wow!!!!!
What do the lavender and rose petals do to the flavor of the coffee?
@ I think it tastes softer and more interesting.
Mine is dark roast, I grind my beans here at home. It has a little heavy cream from a local farm and chaga powder. That’s it.

My coffee maker grinds the coffee before brewing. By the way, John of New has just started a coffee shop.
It’s called John’sJoe
It’s online
Hawaiian coffee, coffee mate and cinnamon, blended with an electric foamer 💜✨️
Big Island’s Kona coffee is grown in Waialua on Oahu’s North Shore too!
Try Lions Coffee! 🤙🏽
I love the ritual of making my coffee in the morning. Dark Roast is my choice, no sugar and a small dash of creamer. I only use the night before setup when I have an early rise for appointments. 2 mugs in the morning, then I am done for the day.
I love heavy cream in my coffee.
Fresh ground Sumatra, organic with organic vanilla almond milk with vanilla Stevia drops. Sometimes, I add collagen and froth the milk and collagen!

Ummmm I use medicated butter and vanilla creamer in mine 🎉😂❤
Medicated butter? Tell us more. I am curious 😮
@ it’s infused with mary jane 😬
I was about to mention that too. A big chunk of medicated butter and 2 tbsp. heavy cream. I’m retired, what can I say? Lol😂
Dark roast. One pink packet sweetener. One tablespoon flavored creamer (with cinnamon). Placed in a stainless steel mug to keep it hot.
I was bummed to hear the recalls on the organic carrots. I was not taking any chances and threw them away. I love munching on them as a snack.
I like dark roast with half and half. For sweeter, I rotate between maple syrup, honey, brown sugar, or white sugar.
My go to is iced coffee but I do drink coffee hot too. When I do drink hot coffee I just put French vanilla creamer and a packet of sugar in it. I am boring with my coffee lol. I don't drink it a lot though.

Light roast has the most caffeine. If you have a cup of Starbucks, throw it out and find a Dunkin’ Donuts.
👍 Starbucks coffee is terrible coffee. I only drink it if I’m truly desperate, and there isn’t any other coffee around.

Bulletproof coffee creamer is yummy.
Very interesting shares.
You frack me up 😂😂😂
