    This week off with an amazing abs workout! It’s been a little bit since I gave you something to move your body to, so here it is. This is going to test your stability and the more you shake, the more your body is developing strength.

    Today I began a journey, my Sami journey. I will be doing one of her ten-minute workouts, this workout, and her eight-minute workout. I will actually believe it or not recap how doing this for a week did to me.
    Day 1: Very fun and my abs sure felt it!
    Day 2: Finished and already see results
    day 3: Very late and tired but I finished and definitely seeing definition
    Day 4: btw I don't do rest days for my ab workouts, but I do for cardio, anyways it is going so good and still loving the videos!!
    Day 5: Does anyone even care- I'm doing great but felt really lazy today but still did itttt
    Day 6: I finished nothing much more to say, however I'm impressed I still feel the burnn
    Day 7: Last day!!!!!!! It was an amazing journey and I'm going to keep doing them

    love this video but without voice instruction and the beep, at least for me, is barely audible so i find myself in a workout and i look over and your onto the next lol. really love and appreciate all your ab videos though especially and do them daily, thank you always

    I love your workouts but I already have a pretty strong core so the Ab workouts are a little too easy for me. Could you maybe film a really hard workout? Like one where you yourself start to struggle too? :)
