Thats is not healthy at all. All that grease suck up, must taste oily, TRY BAKING IT IN OVEN AT 350, dont fry it.

Sylvia Smith I would say, if you fry them, thaw them out first as water and oils don't mix but if you bake them it shouldn't matter.... just my opinion

Over here in San Diego, Flautas always seem to be always made with flour tortillas. Taquitos and Rolled Tacos seem to be the same things and are always made with corn tortillas. Does that sound right?

I LOVE these! We call them tacos ahogados but I do them with green sauce and more toppings like tacos dorados. I have NEVER frozen tacos para dorar but I think I will since I’m having my baby next week (38 weeks pregnant) and these would be awesome so husband can just fry them for the kids and us!! Thanks!

Have you made salsa with the beef broth? There use to be a restaurant in Mexicali that would make the little flautas and served them with broth salsa. So good!!!

I make mine with salsa verde also add some of the beef broth to my salsa omg so good!
