I've actually done this practice twice now. Last night and this morning, neither time was I able to do the handstand or crow pose, but I had a go, yay! I could never reach my right knee to my right elbow, in plank a few weeks ago, but I can now do that with ease...ahhh...and that's mostly thanks to you dear Tana. Strong body really does help create a strong mind and loving heart. 💚

I’m in the same boat. Difficult to not get discouraged but how badass are we that we’ve committed to and stuck with a daily yoga practice?! Handstands may come or may not but we’ve already done the hardest part. Congratulations!

Spring like leg handstand preparation is not possible for me, although I have been practising yoga on a daily basis for more than two years.😢
