    Hi, Im struggling a lot with existential OCD. How do you recommend one go about FULLY accepting a thought that feels impossible to accept. Like in my case, the possibility of solipsism being true. I feel like i cant live life as long as im uncertain about this particular thing. I feel like this one is IMPOSSIBLE to accept. Thanks!

      Sorry to hear your struggling. I am in the same boat but mine revolves around the certainty of death and time passing. As it's inevitable how can you accept it, if it sparks panic and anxiety at every turn. It really is a life ruining condition.
