    This video is already great! It’s so funny Sam because my wife was same way, I had a panic attack thinking about blinking and I said “hey I’m not okay” lol. Erica was like what you mean? I said welllll I can’t stop thinking about my blinking hahah. It must be such a shock to our loved ones when we say these things. Always great seeing perspectives of others!

      Communication is so important in relationships! Sadly there is some time before the sufferer realizes it's OCD. After a suicide attempt and 25 years later I finally realized I had OCD. Telling my wife and her acceptance kept me here! Sadly my friends and my biological family are a different story. I have lost many friendships because of a lack of understanding.
