Hi Matt, I am a long time martial artist(Goju Karate, Chi Kung, HS Wrestling,etc.). Anyway after watching some of your videos I find I have similar ideas to yours. So I just wanted to say thanks for your videos Sir. They are very good.
Dude, I dont know who you are or how you got on my feed, but you are sharing REAL knowledge out here for free. Wow. A true service to all of us out here. Thanks.
My chi Gung still going this exercise is similar to one of my daily routines...remember breathing.. I can't believe you took a shot, don't you remember to put yourself there and just wait for it to arrive.. smells like cigars
Reminds me of Seiki Jutsu. Thanks for focusing on the somatic/kinesthetic and linking to working with the unconscious/subconscious. Very helpful ideas and movements.
Thank you again Matt.😀 A good way to get the stagnant fluids moving. A lifetime of too much Insulin circulating in the body destroy the very fine capillaries and veins, starting in the legs and eyes.
This is excellent Matt, iscTaivChivQivgong the daoist call this the lymphatic flush and I love howvyouvtapped into your subconscious mind aka higher self and asked an effective question. Also using the vocalization Resets your vagus nerve as well that ties intobthevnervecatvthe top of your stomach that causes the hiccups. Wonderful story, methidcand explanation! Love it!
If you wanna get really deep, each organ has a sound you can make--the five organs to focus on being heart lungs liver spleen kidneys...theres even parts of the body to massage or shake, emotions associated with each organ and even colors. Theres prob a lot more associations you can incorporate if they work for you.
Does it work with olmost engaging alone all bullyes of my Nation? Please cover a full "Dao" Product about this topic What worked in the past was Dao Zou. But it ain't enough. All answer is bellcome "Kick Butt - Take Names" vol.2 ?
Hello Matt, i have a question about the combat conditioning workout. I am a beginner and on the days that I go to martial arts, I no longer have the energy to do the combat conditioning workout. Can I still make progress if I do it 4-5 times a week?
Cool technique. Yea, for some people, spicy food is not a good thing, especially if you are doing 'native' quantities of spice whether curry, some type of pepper, ginger, etc. People in many Asian countries have the microbiome to handle heavy amounts of native spices. Western people - not so much.
This should have been obvious to me from just watching the video--but maybe don't do this if you still have things to get done for the day. Now I'm longing for a nap 😆
Maybe he should have figured out after the 2nd time to stay away from hot spicy foods so that way you don’t have to keep jumping out of bed every hour to do the Hokey Pokey just to get another hour of sleep. Or maybe take some Zantac or Pepcid before eating spicy foods.

The servo mechanism is amazing.
Thank you. Now to shake things out.
Hi Matt, I learned about the ‘shak’em-up’ using the bear paws. The recoil and the breathing go great together.
Thanks for the teaching.
@@davidottolenghi5880 Excellent!

Thanks for focusing on the somatic/kinesthetic and linking to working with the unconscious/subconscious. Very helpful ideas and movements.
My pleasure.
Awesome video!
Love your videos! Do you use this technique in the morning also or would it just make you more sleepy?
When you’re healthy, it will energize you in the morning and afternoon. It won’t make you sleepy. But it can also be used to relax before bed
Thank you again Matt.😀

Good video.
Btw- pronounced “KehFEER”
wouldnt light bouncing on a trampoline during this exercise help with the lymph draining (and bloodflow) due to the g-forces?

i have a question about the combat conditioning workout. I am a beginner and on the days that I go to martial arts, I no longer have the energy to do the combat conditioning workout. Can I still make progress if I do it 4-5 times a week?

Seems like this would be a good technique if one is having insomnia

That’s funny.
If I shake my entire body violently for 10 seconds like an angry child who has been told no and then scream, I can lift more weight
Good one!
@@mattfureysays7710 I learned it from Elliot hulse around 12 years ago
Matt, I hope you avoid spicy food, you might be allergic to it.
