One of the ways you prove that your marriage is real is by including the right documents with your case. They asking all these documents but Bank, utilities and lease all say as i don’t have SSN documents they cant add me any of these. So, what can we do.

How's is possible to open and run a joint account when sponsor is a us citizen n living in US while the applican is living abroad in his native country, my wife tried to get me a credit card in US but denied becuase I have don't have a green card nor USCIS, and banks in my country denied to open a joint account unless my wife came to Pakistan which is impossible because of travel restrictions due to covid19

In your perspective, what goes first, work the 601 waiver, then NVC or viceversa? I already have the NVC welcome email but according to the lawyer she said its best to work on the waiver. I have second thoughts because Im the one suffering not the lawyer. I've 2 years w/o my husband, US Citizen petioning husband.

Can i ask something about filing a US citizenship? Because I was planning to file a US citizenship this month but my problem is I filed my wife as a F2A and she’s only waiting for the VISA. my question is can I file a US citizenship without any harm or cannot question the papers of my wife? And i am worried because what if they hold my papers on filing the US citizenship since I already filed my wife Using LPR to come here in the US.

What if your in a country that makes it difficult to have a joint bank account? In Morocco unless you have a lot of money buying a car or taking a vacation in so difficult. How do you get these requirements if you can’t because of the country your in or can’t afford many of the proofs they want?

Could you help me how to open join credit card for both spouses name in statement? Because I have credit cards in one account, I mean credit card my name and other credit card my husband but bank did not in our my husband name in monthly statement.
How about if your filing for someone over seas? You can’t exactly have a lease agreement or power bills with them. For example we have a joint bank account but she can’t directly deposit money because of the currency difference.
You can add-mutual life insurance i.e., each one is the other's beneficiary, also proofs of going to trips (pics+boarding passes) abroad together, mobile phone bills showing same address, or family deals

What if. You live in the. UNITED STATES and. Lives in INTERNATIONAL COUNTRY and was red flagged and cant leave but I travel when I can.
Number 4 sounds odd. Can you even legally get a lease agreement without a residence permit?

@@shamilabarkat5798overall from USCIS to NVC we needed the marriage certificate, his birth certificate, his police records(took about 5-6 months get from Haiti police department), his passport pictures, his passport, bank account that had both our names on it, support letters from family and friends, my tax return for financial support,all my travel Intinery(showed proof I traveled actively to see him), my divorce paper from previous marriage, documentation on money transfers when I send him money, screenshots of our calls/video calls, lots & lots of pictures. We are documentarily approved 🙏🏻 awaiting next step. Mimes went by pretty quick, because I had everything ready, but when sent to NVC,the police certificate took us the longest to get(amid the crisis going on in Haiti). Good luck

Hard to get a bank account when you are in different countries.
These documents are good if both are in US. What documents would further help if the beneficiary is in Iran and the petitioner is a green card holder?

Great question, from the time USCIS receives your case, you should receive a receipt notice confirming that they have received your case within 1 roughly 2-4 weeks.

Hi! I have a question. So I know my marriage was fraud.. I was wondering what proof does my husband need to prove his marriage is "real" .. we are going through a divorce right now, we already went to an interview for removal conditions i 175 though. He is trying to re marry after our divorce so he gets his permanent residence. (She already lives with him) .. also he didnt send "proof of our marriage" after the interview so im guessing he would be deported if he doesn't re marry.
