USCIS case processing times are taking longer than ever. In this video, Michael Ashoori explains 4 ways to speed up the process:
    1. Include all the important documents with your case to best avoid an RFE (request for evidence).
    2. Request Premium Processing (If Available)
Here is a helpful resource on how to request premium processing:
    www.uscis.gov/forms/how-do-i-...
    3. Make a Service Request with USCIS
To make a service request with USCIS, you first must check the current USCIS processing times by clicking this link:
    egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/
Once you've confirmed that your case has been processing for longer than normal processing times, then you can make a service request with USCIS.
You can make a service request by clicking here:
    egov.uscis.gov/e-request/disp...
    4. Request Expedited Processing with USCIS
Here is a helpful guide on making an expedite request with USCIS:

Dude really that's great advice fill out all the documents and make sure that all the documents are there that's brilliant and also get the premium package which cost thousands of dollars more we already are paying a high fee rate anyway so if they can process are packets Faster by just throwing them extra money all that means is there a look at our packet dig it out of the pile and put it ahead of everybody else that's crap if they would work and do their job correctly and right and work diligently every day for 8 or 9 hours they could process hundreds of packets a day and we still would not have waiting times like we are now and all they're doing is trying to suck more money out of people

Hi, thank you so much for the video and all the information you provide. I am a Cuba citizen. I’ve been in the US for five years now and I’m ready to present my naturalization papers but I have a concern. I just got married on April this year and I wanted to change my name but unfortunately things didn’t work as I was expecting. The DMV changed my name but the social security didn’t until I change my residence but The residence cost almost $400 when I probably won’t need it anymore soon. My question is if I can request my naturalization that difference of name in the DMV and the Social Security, and what documents would I need to support the issue, thanks in advanced.

I appreciate your simplified ways of detailed explanations. I filled for my removal of conditions October 14th 2019 and did my finger print on March 17th 2020. I'm yet to get any feedback / response/ answer from USCIS. What should I do to get faster response from USCIS?
My green card expired in 2017 and the extensions I got from USCIS, was problematic as I couldn't use it to renew my driver's license and can't use it for international travels. Sir, what should I do?

    • @domingasantini535
      @domingasantini535 3 ปีที่แล้ว

Sadly USCIS is not so formal. I filed a K-1 in August 2019, they approved Dec 2019, but in the processing, interview, COVID-19 2 years passed! And at tge end the embassy washed their hands of continuing the review of my petition, sending it back to USCIS...and ultimately I awaited a request for affirmation, but they never sent me anything for 5 more months, only to then send a letter saying my petition expired. I have not even gotten a reason why

    1) Include all necessary documents with your case otherwise you are delaying your case
    2) Premium Processing - Additional fee to rush the application process (N/A for K1 visas)
    3) Service Request - You making an inquiry on your case which may speed up your process. If your case is taking longer than the estimated USCIS processing timelines
    4) Expedite Request - You are requesting for USCIS to place your case to the top of the list to process it very fast (K1 and K3 N/A)

Hi, Is it possible to make an expedite request for an I-918 Petition.? There is no premium processing available for I-918 processing, it goes case by case and by year. Since 2018, USCIS is processing cases from year 2015 and those processing times is going back and forth. Please, reply if you have more information. Thanks for the video, there is lot of information to learn.

I filled I-131. along with my wife on 08/28/2021, while wee were in USA. Me and my wife are Greencard holders, valid till 10/10/2029. Our biometrics were completed in USA on 10/14/2021. We left for India on 11/01/2021.
While my case status showed “ finger print fee was received “, my wife’s case status showed “biometrics completed “.
On 01/21/2023, my wife’s Reentry Permit was received, my son in US received notice dated 01/21/2023 on 02/02/2023 asking me to attend for biometrics at 11AM on 02/06/2023. I requested for rescheduling my biometrics appointment as I am in India , sick and cannot catch the flight. This was done over phone to the agent of USZcIS.
When can I expect rescheduled date, how long I have to wait and whether the Customs and Border Security will allow me as I stayed outside US for nearly 15 months as on date for no fault of mine

I am a lawful permanent resident of United States. I had applied for and issued a Re-entry permit in 2018 valid till September 10, 2020. However, I have not stayed outside US for more than 180 days till date. I returned to Nepal on 16th March 2020 after spending around 11 months in United States with a return flight scheduled on 5th May 2020. Since there was lockdown in Nepal and no international flights were available, I couldn't return to United States on 5th May 2020. On surfing the website, I found about the Returning Resident Visa. My queries what should we do.

Hi Michael! I am wondering if the same goes for interviews for fiance visa? (K1) Will it be pushed back until December as well? Or will it stil depend upon the COVID situation. My fiance was right about to recieve the date for his interview before COVID happened.
    Thanks!

What if I didn't file the case and I just want to know why my naturalization paper is in question? I've been here for 38 years and never had a problem with it before.
