Hello, my husband filed a i130 and we are now waiting for a response. He is a US citizen and I am in another country, can he spend 6 months outside of the US while we wait on a response from the uscis?
Yes he can. I filed for my husband and i am a US Citizen. I travel to Uganda to stay with my husband every now and then, 3 months, 4 months, next trip will be 6 months. I will go in December. We are still waiting for I-130 approval
