Hello Micheal thank you so much for sharing such videos to us, they're really so educative and giving us knowledge about all you present to us, My question goes to EB-3 visa, you said under this category, a person has to be with a sponsor to get an offer for the job, 1- What are the possible ways to obtain a sponsor for such visa? 2- Can EB-3 visa apply for low or unskilled worker?

Would commitment to active combat roles in the USMC (or US armed forces for the matter) qualify me for an EB2 NIW.
spilling blood on behalf of the US seems to me like it's in the national interest, especially that I exceed every requirement by far.

Do you think of a scenario, where an employee had worked with an employer on a contract and was rehired as a contractor after 3 years considering the performance and feedback from the previous manager but still was a let go claiming the performance concern. Also just before letting him go, The manager told him that HR will get in touch with you for an issue he raised about the colleague?

Hello, hoping you can answer my question.. I just became a Canadian citizen. Here in Vancouver BC; I am originally from Mexico and i got brought to the USA when I was 13 with my parents. I Lived there for almost 30 years. I left the country back to Mexico 5 years ago As I was waiting for my Canadian passport. I have it now.. My question is what are the chances of me being denied entry to US or what’s the worst that could happen if they find out I used to live there? I have family there that I haven’t seen in over 5 years. Thank you
