  • Athletes, please make sure you have enough fuel in your body!
My biggest eye roll at practice is when I hear an athlete tell me they haven't ate anything all day.... HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO RUN FAST WITH NO FUEL! (That's atleast what I want to yell back)
First thing, track your nutrition for a few days with any of those apps like fitness tracker, etc.
Then check out this website to see the numbers you should actually be hitting, www.iifym.com/iifym-calculato...

Can you kinda like cover off season routine workout and stuff cause am currently all on my own with training off season they wanted me to do cross country but I reused cause I’m a sprinter not long distance runner and they kept telling me that it would help so instead I’ve been hitting weights a lot and having sprints once a week and speed work once a week and weights the remaining days expect my rest says that are Sunday’s
