    I think its wild you ran DI track as a freshman but didn't lift weights in HS?!! So much raw talent!! Also, I think running AAU track (5yrs w the San Antonio Heat 🔥!!) was also the key to making it into DI track and field for me too.

    I struggle with getting my feet under my body when I sprint. Any tips or drills you think can help with this?

      Short and long straight leg bounds are a great way to practice landing under your hips. Switches in place, A Skip, and B Skip. Have someone record you and also practice in the mirror landing correctly.
      It’s also very important to have your hips forward and not behind you so your in the right position to execute.

    Do you have any (legal) supplements that you'd recommend?

      IKKI SOMA I never used supplements. I tried to eat a banana before my races to decrease lactic acid build up and not cramp. I would sometimes eat an apple about 30 minutes before to get a sugar rush going into my race.
