    You will overcome this. Sometimes it might seem like you cant get a break, but your day is coming. You will be happy you can be happy. You are loved and appreciated whether you hear it or not! Your life means so much you are so valuable. Stay strong keep pushing your day is near! 🙏🙏 sometimes the nicest people go through the worst shit but remember everything happens for a reason. I'm always here as a listening ear for anyone who wants to get something off their chest or maybe just feel a little less alone in the world. I am the survivor of MANY Horrible events but I continue to stay positive and strong everyday not just for me but for my son. Much love everyone hopefully I can sleep now.     I tried this and fell asleep before it finished. I woke up to my phone extremely heated and Tom & Jerry was on TH-cam.

      I do that all the time. Either set a sleep timer on your clock app or in TH-cam settings or you can just turn off auto play

      You should just put a sleep timer in the timer app just set a timer and just click the sounds you can choose after that your can see sleep timer and then it’ll automatically stop

    I’ve used this like 40 times and never heard the full thing. I’m asleep in 3 minutes every time 👍🏼 thanks for this, I’ve really needed it several nights

    I play this for my 11 year old every night. He has ADHD and this has helped soo much. First 12 minutes gets him relaxed and then I play it again and he knocks out in a couple minutes. He absolutely loves this. He doesn’t let me play anything else. Great job guys ❤️

      I have the same, my adhd boy, we always listen to hungry caterpillar first them this every night, routine of bed time and always asleep by end it's been a life saver 😁 so thanks also makes me super relaxed for bed my self.

    I think that I can’t sleep not because of insomnia but because of anxiety. I go to bed genuinely exhausted and just want to rest, and it’s like my mind doesn’t stop and my body doesn’t relax. This helped me so much yesterday, gonna do it every day. Thank you so much, again, guys ❤️

      Can totally relate. This is not an easy thing to deal with and everybody seems to overlook it like it doesn't matter, it's frustrating. Find ways to take duties out of your sight, simplifying our life, having less goals...etc. whatever you can do to have less stuff and have plenty of leisure/non conceptual time after you finish your duties everyday

    I started out playing this to help me sleep when my anxiety was bad, my daughter was a Co sleeper at the time... Now she's 7yrs old and every night at bedtime she needs the "sleeping song" she lives it and it does the trick everytime, my daughter can be such a night owl but this works everytime 👌 highly recommend x

    Not sure who needs to hear this: if things are rough for you right now, hang in there. The storm will pass. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other. Baby steps, my dear. As long as you don’t quit, you will reach the summit. Remember, baby steps are all it takes. Take a brief moment to rest, refuel, and come back stronger. You can do this. And when you reach the top, you’ll be glad you didn’t stop. Slowly, but surely, you’ll get there. Don’t give up. You can do this. ❤️

    THANK YOU. My daughter has mini seizures and excitability at night. Sometimes even with meds she is up with hysteria like symptoms for hours. I only had to play this 3 times!! Works like a charm!💗

    I have been falling asleep to this video every night since COVID lockdown started. My insomnia has gotten quite bad thanks to anxiety, tinnitus, and stress, but this 12-minute meditation has me asleep by the beach chair. Only twice in the past 5 months have I stayed awake through the entire video. Thank you so much for improving my quality of sleep and quality of life. I'm very grateful to The Honest Guys.

    Pro tip: go into the clock app and set a timer for 14 minutes - from the “when timer ends” option, select “stop playing”. It turns it off after the timer ends. No more overheated phone and Tom and Jerry for whoever said that 🤣

    Wow. I was up until 8:30 am due to a messed up sleep schedule/insomnia combo. I put this video on and my mind was so restless I could barely follow along with the meditation. Somehow, I still ended up knocked out before the end of the video, deep in sleep. I'm amazed!

    I recommended this to all my friends and family. Many are suffering from mental problems due to quarantine. Since this worked so well, I asked them to try it. Haven't seen them but probably all end up snoring. 😁😁. Thanks for the 5 minute video. (Never reached beyond that)

    I have trouble sleeping at night and I sometimes end up not sleeping at all. I have been watching this video for 2 days and it really knocks me out . I listen to this in my bed all lights off, covered in my blankets and when the video ends I go straight to sleep. It really works . Thankyou so much ❤️

    I’ve tried several guided meditations and this one has been my sleep meditation now for months!! Maybe once or twice I had to re-do it because my mind was extremely busy, but overall I fall asleep easily with this one! It’s like a miracle! ✨🙏🏽😍

    I absolutely love this video. I have severe insomnia with anxiety and what not. For the past 6 months I have had trouble sleeping , sometimes I sleep only at 4 or 5 in the morning. I found this video last week and am watching this every night. But the only sad thing is I never get to the end of the video , I have never seen the end of the video even once. That’s extremely effective . Thanks a lot for this wonderful video . I am recommending this to everyone in my family.

    i’m gonna try fixing my sleeping schedule and instead of going to sleep at 6 am start with 1am today! this is so hard for me but i hope this helps me :) i think it’s time for me to start my life, goodnight !

      If I could give you some advice...the key isn’t to focus on when you GO to bed. The key is waking up early and staying up ALL day until night time when you are so tired that after a few days you naturally fall asleep at a earlier hour. For example: if you wake up at 6:00am every single day for a week...I promise you that you will fall asleep before midnight every night after a few days. Or since you want to be asleep by 1:00 then just wake up at 9:00am every day and you will start falling asleep by 1:00. (Provided that you don’t do coffee or stimulants after 5:00pm) Hope that helps...good luck🙂

      Instead of sleeping at 1 or 6 am, Stay up for one full day. I'll guarantee you'll be tired enough to go to sleep at a normal time the next night.

    This meditation is like magic for me. It works faster than a sleeping pill. I used to listen to it all the way through, but my brain knows when it starts to hear it that it's time to sleep, and I usually don't get much beyond the deep breathing stage before I'm out. I've tried their other meditations, but they don't compare to this one is far as effectiveness for me. Thank you honest guys.

    Literally I was struggling for peaceful sleep.In past few days I could not able to sleep, because when did I try to sleep so many thoughts were literally running on my mind and were making me feel so lonely and terrible .But when I started listening this while sleeping I just fell asleep before it ends ....thank you so much I had never thought that this 12 minute video will be soooo helpful to me......

    This works like a charm! I was looking to have a nap due to lack of sleep the previous night and a lot of stress. I wasn’t really feeling like I could sleep because I tried other videos and my mind kept jumping around and I couldn’t sleep however this I instantly fell asleep within 3 minutes in. I’m so shocked it’s been 2 and a half ours later and I feel so refreshed! What magic this is!

    This is my go-to every time I have anxiety and heart palpitations. My heart would beat so fast to where I can’t even concentrate on sleeping but this does the trick every time. Just like the others, idk how this video ends 😅. I usually knock out around the beach and chair bit.

      This did not work for me. He wants me to picture myself outside on the beach in daylight. That's not helpful when I'm trying to sleep at night.

    It's hard to get 8 hrs of sleep because of my stressful schedule and I always have had to wake up half asleep and restless. But guess what? Not anymore. This makes every minute of my sleep worthwhile and I always wake up feeling peaceful and fresh. Thank you so much guys!!! I love it❤️
