- This quiet and gentle guided breathing exercise will allow you to dispel anxious thoughts. It may be used any time you have a few minutes alone, or before you go to sleep.
We will also include words of self-care, self-worth and self-love which you may repeat to yourself either quietly aloud, or silently in your mind.
This guided meditation for sleep is for most audiences, especially anyone with insomnia or who has trouble sleeping. A guided sleep meditation or guided sleep story, is a gentle and effortless way to help get you into a wonderful state of deep relaxation, provide stress relief and ultimately deep sleep.

I love this so much but does anyone else get the commercial at the end?
Unfortunately, TH-cam has changed things such that we are now no longer able to fully control when the ads appear on free TH-cam accounts.
We have always been very careful to only ever insert one ad before the video begins; we meditate ourselves so know how jarring post-video ads can be, so we never add them ourselves.
This is as frustrating for us as creators, as it is for everyone.
These are the only ways we currently know to reduce/prevent this intrusive ads issue:
1. Turn off autoplay. This will prevent getting a pre-roll ad from the next video that plays, (although it doesn't guarantee there won't be a post-roll ad inserted by TH-cam).
2. Join our Premium Members Club to get access to our privately listed video library and member-only videos (all ad free).
3. Join TH-cam Premium (they completely remove the ads).

This was wonderful until a commercial came on at the end about a woman whose son was shot. Now I’m Wideawake.😢😢
We have no control over the advertisements or even when they are played, anymore, but turning off autoplay manually should mean that whatever video you are watching comes to an end without anything else playing after it
