There is this restaurant that we go to and they have the best broccoli and cheese soup. For years I have been trying to imitate the recipe and nothing has come close. I think you hit the nail on the head with this recipe. This soup is just wonderful!!! Thank you so much for sharing!
I love Rachel`s recipes and how she prepairs them for everyone and her family too. Her soups are delious and warming with crusty bread at lunchtime. Also during a winters day aswell.
