I needed this recipe! This looks like a perfect scalloped, cheesy potato recipe. While you were going through I kept thinking "Wow, this would be great with meatloaf". It also made me crave Queso. I kept thinking you could add some cumin and Ro-Tel and some Hatch chilis lol. I don't know what part of Texas you own a house in, but it kept hitting me as a Houston accent. I needed this recipe! This looks like a perfect scalloped, cheesy potato recipe. While you were going through I kept thinking "Wow, this would be great with meatloaf". It also made me crave Queso. I kept thinking you could add some cumin and Ro-Tel and some Hatch chilis lol. I don't know what part of Texas you own a house in, but it kept hitting me as a Houston accent. Thanks for another great recipe I'm going to add to my repertoire.
