Watching on Xiaomi 14 Ultra ! Best phone! Photos are amazing. 95% Times photos are amazing than iPhone 15 pro Max. It is really a superb phone!

Xiaomi is amazing but failed miserably on lady portrait skin tone.
I previously owned a mi14 and ever tried the mi 14 ultra, still too dark skin tone. My gf hates it
Don't need to use portrait mode on 14 Ultra. Just take the photo normally and you get better processing in the gallery app.
That's true. Portrait mode in 14 ultra is rubbish.

Ok I justed watched the Dolby Vision + Atmos Demon on my 14 Ultra and that looked at sounded amazing.

only problem with vivox100pro is the image file size is really low ( like 4 or 7 MB) compared to other smartphones, also if you use some other android apps for photographing , the file size comes to 25MB-from a vivox100pro user

Disappointed that log only works for the main sensor on the 14 Ultra. In order to use switch between cameras while recording video you have to use regular video mode which adjusts white balance and exposure automatically.

Just one request if it's possible, pls make Phone Camera video test with Studio setup ie with controlled lighting situation.

14 Ultra camera usage heats up and uses more battery due to a lack of ISP chip, which most top of the line smartphones have.
How do you know this?

You can reduce exposure on Vivo and get realistic nigh photos
I own x100Pro, only few points I didn't like, else this is good phone
1) Ergonomics to hold device (still its better than s22/s23/s24 ultra series)
2) Heating on minimum usage ( reaches upto 44c on 5min of video these days)
3) Most annoying thing is Funtouch OS ( hope they gave vannila pixel like OS)
4) Haptics are very very poor and not integrated in apps.
5) Battery life is ok (not good or best) considering 5400mAh ( watching 2 movies straight dies battery)
6) Speaker Audio quality is low
Strong good points are
1) Photography
2) call quality
You must've got a faulty device. For me the battery lasts all day and doesn't heat that much. Only heats when using the camera for a long time.
Mine doesn't have none of those issues... Only gripe is the lower audio speaker output and 1080p display
I bought xiaomi and i can tell its best for photographers. Amd the vegan leather stole my heart. Iys not real leather still its warm and soundless.

I have to disagree with you on the screen. I have the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, and the screen has about the same curve as my Samsung s21 Ultra. And if I use it without a case, I get accidental touches quite often.
Also, it unfortunately doesn't have even bezels, it has a small chin. The top and sides are 2.5mm while the bottom bezel is 3mm. It's a small difference, but it is somewhat noticeable.
Edit: It does look amazing tho! Probably my favorite display on any phone!

Coming from the LG V60, I am very disappointed with the haptic feedback of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra. It's literally a quarter of the strength of V60. Speakers on the 14 Ultra is louder and clearer than the V60.
12:49 its because people care a lot and I mean a LOT about UI and since they usually don't know how to express it, they say ignorant shit like "the software is bad"
Why should I use a fake portrait mode, while i can get a good natural bokeh ?
Btw Xiaomi has a lot to fix with the 14 Ultra

Normally mode's edge detection is 100/100 and portrait mode is not even needed. Easily can increse blur so much in gallery. @@govardhanposina17

RAW photography is super close for both n they're very high quality as well... I think it's mainly the log video and master cinema that give the Xiaomi 14 ultra an edge for pros
