17:39 🤔 I think I finally figured out what they were going for with this joke. I think this was in reference to the fact that The Addams Family movie came out the same year as the second Ninja Turtles movie, and coincidentally Addams Family Values came out the same year as this movie.
I grew up with the 80s show myself so I can relate to his perspective on this film. If I were a kid or teenage during the late 80 and early 90s I would have similar expectation and reaction to the movie.
I always loved this episode. They reedited it because of copyright issues, in the original version of the review there weren't any still images of the movie, rather clips, but they had to remove most of them for copyright issues so any fan re-uploaded version that retains the original clips is superior to this one, however it is understandable why they had to edit this one down.

If there’s enough audience demand, I may react to more GoAnimate videos, but as of right now I haven’t really been doing those.
Oh, but he DID review another movie, but as part of a special DOUBLE review. You'll see when you get to it, but let's just say, that other guy with glasses was NOT happy about it.
rotten tomatoes scores are not accurate cause they are either 100% fresh or 0% rotten in terms of critic score when they rate so theres no other rating they can give...its awful to use that website

The first TMNT movie is STILL a great film to this day and has aged surprisingly well. If you still haven’t yet I highly recommend you watch it.
Even though tmnt 2 is a step backwards from the first movie, i'd rather watch that than tmnt 3.
To be honest, there’s worse out there. We Wish You A Turtle Christmas, Turtles Tunes, Our Friend Power 5, Coming Out Of Our Shells Tour, you name it.
This should be nostalgia critics job. Not AVGN's! But its still an enjoyable old episode.
This and the next one are two of my favourite episodes :)
