Excellent video. My first thought after seeing the close-up your second cup was that you were getting a cup of coffee through clean new tubing on the new machine and possibly getting color from all the previous cups you've made with the old machine. I think the extra investment could be worth for someone curious to play barista. It'll be cool to see some videos where you try your hand at some of the fancier drinks with milk.

Question, now that you have had time to play with it. Do you think there is any difference in the taste of “steamed “ vs aero press 4 milk ?
Ohhhhh man that is a good question. I haven’t done a straight up “A B” comparison, but it obviously dilutes the milk with the steamer and doesn’t with the spinner. With that said, I might just have to do a taste test of sorts and report to you guys.
I’m thinking of buying this one or the Lattissima pro but before I make my decision can you tell me if you have to brew your shot first THEN it does the milk ? It doesn’t let you do it at the same time ?
No they have to be done separately

Wang Alex hello and welcome. I actually looked at this one for a long time and almost bought it. The main reason I steered away from it was reviews and the cleaning process. Every time you make a coffee you have to tear apart that entire milk container to clean it. And then some said the unit didn’t work that well, as far as reliability. So there you have it, probably an ok machine, I just didn’t want the maintenance of that one. Hope that answer helps you out.
interesting video, would the taste difference be down to brew temperature?

Do you have any idea what that black poker chip looking thing in the water tank is?
I believe that is the water level detector if I am looking at what you are describing.

I would love to see the wand work and if it froths better than your stand alone frother. You also never said which one tastes better. Do you prefer the brighter taste over the bolder?
Serena C got it, yes I actually avoided using the wand so we could use it and test it out in an upcoming video. As far as the taste, I prefer the newer machine with less “bitter” than the old...but they are both so close I think we are splitting hairs.
very good video, I still have the essenzia like your old machine. I want to get the Lattissima touch one day but in the end i think you are ending up just paying for design. The machine looks very nice though and will look very nice among your other machine and the cursed keurig machine
Hexovian you are spot on. I chose the black version because I thought the stainless was just to much metal and looked a little gaudy. Poor Keurig..... thanks for the comment and for being here.

Great video, what is the model/name of the older machine? I'm looking into getting an original pod machine, but don't want to break the bank,. I'd rather spend the money on pods. Thank You again for making such informative and fun videos.

WAKAKA overall I really like the new one. But for the money, unless you just need the wand and/or you want something that looks better, I wouldn’t spend the extra money.
@@ipon70 but the old one makes more cream? actually I planed to buy a Creatista Plus because of its frothing function but I like coffee with more cream and darker heavier. now I don't know how to decide LOL
WAKAKA to our you mind at ease. Since the unboxing video we have had a lot more time and played with everything more, the new machine does make a better shot overall. If money is any consideration I would say buy the cheaper one. Overall though after many pods and other people trying things, the new machine wins. I hope that helps, if you need more information please post back.
