Not a good machine....mine is 3 years old but is hardly used. Started getting the "please replace the steam want tip" error....nothing wrong with the steam wand. Talked to a repair tech who told me to just not bother, probably broken solenoid. $800 Aud down the drain 😢

I bought one of these less than a year ago and already had it repaired twice by Nespresso. Now that they are no longer able to repair it, I'll be getting my money back. They offered to replace it and maintain the 1 WEEK of warranty. Not interested in being ripped off. Opinion = Over priced junk.

Was it a leaking problem? Just replace the brewing unit. Total cost approximately € 45.-- up to € 50.-- and 25 minutes of your time. This brewing unit is the unit other brands use too. TH-cam tutorials will help you out.
