    Following along as I make this Haori Jacket. A Japanese style square cute jacket. As seen in Japanese street wear and fashion. This is an over sized style of jacket great for all body types. This easy jacket is something the you at home can make into your own personal canvas. Just have fun with it !

    From everything I have watched and learned the people of Japan do not mind westerners wearing their garments. It's the western people that get strangely offended on their behalf. The lining is a little much for me but I love it. It looks great.

      Not to mention that Japanese fashion is heavily inspired by western culture. When shrink to fit denim fell out of favor in America, to projectile loom production. Japanese denim companies bought up all of the old school shuttle looms from Levi’s and continued the old school raw denim tradition. Now Japan is known for its heritage denim💁‍♂️

    i really hope someone will reply this but is it okay if i follow this tuto without doing the inner lining ? im just scared that i would messed up my fabric

    Thank you for explaining the Band Collar in detail. Excellent. I am in the process of making a Hanten coat however I am doing a robe length no lining. More of a house coat/robe if you will. First time. So thank you again!!!

      Hello there . Sorry for the late reply Are you talk about when I wrapped the collar over? I wrapped it over and stitched on the front . If that is what you are asking . Is there. time stamp you would like me to look at?
