Amazing work
From everything I have watched and learned the people of Japan do not mind westerners wearing their garments. It's the western people that get strangely offended on their behalf. The lining is a little much for me but I love it. It looks great.
Not to mention that Japanese fashion is heavily inspired by western culture. When shrink to fit denim fell out of favor in America, to projectile loom production. Japanese denim companies bought up all of the old school shuttle looms from Levi’s and continued the old school raw denim tradition. Now Japan is known for its heritage denim💁♂️
I had to stop the video just to let you know how impressive your cutting is. You waste so little fabric! This is beyond satisfying just to watch you work.
i really hope someone will reply this but is it okay if i follow this tuto without doing the inner lining ? im just scared that i would messed up my fabric
This is a wonderful tutorial. I think i will try this one out. Thanks for all the info.
That was such a helpful guidance on the collar! Thank you so much!!

the quilting technique you used for the collar. does it have a name? can you make video on that technique please. zero knowledge on quilting. thanks
You’re awesome.
That jacket looks very comfy, and easy to make. Guess I'll have to try to make one.
Thank you for explaining the Band Collar in detail. Excellent. I am in the process of making a Hanten coat however I am doing a robe length no lining. More of a house coat/robe if you will. First time. So thank you again!!!
Hi.
If I’m size S, how much should I reduce the size of your references?

What a great idea! I have some textured denim that I've been saving for "something". This might be it!!
looks great!
Thanks Alex!!! One question, on the last stitch did you do it on the front or back? I canT see the stitch on the right side of the coat
Hello there . Sorry for the late reply Are you talk about when I wrapped the collar over? I wrapped it over and stitched on the front . If that is what you are asking . Is there. time stamp you would like me to look at?
