    Do this and then lap the valve to the fire ring and never have a problem with sealing either. Good vid.

    Thanks for the free education .. ive ben akeptical about the cheap chineese waste gates and blow off valves .. your video show me theres nothing much that can go wrong and if i take it apart and finesse /massage the inside it will make it even better .. kinda like my ole deer riffle just before deer season !!!

    What psi does it open up at with just running that short spring?

    • @FullThrottleGarage69
      @FullThrottleGarage69  2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Hi, I know it's been a long time but did you have any problems after this upgrades on wastegate? Or does it hold strong?

    • @FullThrottleGarage69
      @FullThrottleGarage69  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Holding up just fine! Still running strong like Usain Bolt 👍

    How much psi this wastegate can hold?

    • @FullThrottleGarage69
      @FullThrottleGarage69  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      depends on what spring you put in

    • @Dmtr909gmail
      @Dmtr909gmail ปีที่แล้ว

      Or how much boost/pressure you put against it.
      You could run well over 50/100 psi boost jus depends what boost controller you have or boost control set up,
      Or yes what spring you have if boost control isn’t a factor

    so didn't you just rub off the coating and it'll rust down the road?

    • @FullThrottleGarage69
      @FullThrottleGarage69  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      why would it rust?! water doesn't go through your wastegate bud!

    • @Dinur36
      @Dinur36 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@FullThrottleGarage69 Heat creates corrosion, it means by taking the coating off, you can rust the valve because of the heat..

      @@FullThrottleGarage69I’m not wrong, you lap valves against the seat for a reason bud. The fact you don’t know this is hilarious.
