It means the PCM has detected a voltage reading from the fuel filter pressure sensor that is outside the range of acceptance.

Hello, how about the harness/electrical connections, was it checked?

@@nondainc it was, unfortunately, ECU was corosed from the inside, changed it and removed mechanically dpf aftewards coded. That car never felkt better

@@nondainc hi can u help me, i have this issue P245396 like 6months i did change almost everything, dpf sensor original, wiring to the sensor original, cleaned the dpf, temperature sensor in the dpf, new thermostat, and the car in town usually goes to limp mode, if i drive on highway nothing happen, only the slow drive cause this problem, i have mercedes w212 e220cdi 125kw bluetec
