The particle filter is a section of the exhaust, replacing the fuel filter wont help this issue, you may need it regenerating via diagnostic machine but you also have a different fact causing the issue
Same code P2453 appeared in my Vauxhall insignia and went into limp mode. Only running at 20 mph even when accelator 100% down. Then i did DPF Static Regen with Autel MK808BT Pro. Some Blue smoke came out. Then the fault code gone and Car back to nornal, driving in full speed. DO I STILL NEED TO CHANGE THE DPF SENSOR? I already bought DPF sensor from ebay from Good dealer. Is there anyway to check if they have send me a Good sensor or Faulty sensor? How do i test a new DPF sensor?
If it’s driving ok now sounds like the dog was just blocked .. if you do fit it you’ll definelty need to run through the procedure to tell the ecu it’s been replaced or the fault won’t clear
Yeah I checked yesterday actually and it did have the function to do it but I’d actually prepped this video a few weeks ago .. before getting the topdon mate
@@Alanw74 👍 will be using it in any future vids now but will let you know if there anything it won’t do compared to the snap on , just used it to read wheel speed on an old bmw today and got an injector to code on a qashqai so hopefully it will do that 👍

Does anyone know the location of the boost pressure sensor for the insignia 2019?

No as soon as it’s faulty it will log a code , it must be doing it’s job ok if there’s no warning 👍

The code is likely to be sensor related
Take it the new Topdon couldn't do the relearn?
