    Thanks for posting this vid. Just had a zafira at work with same engine, same code replaced sensor and couldnt shift the code ( SnapOn Triton ) with our diag tool . Went and borrowed an Autel off local garage . 10 min later done the relearn jobs a good un .

    If you graph the live data pid you can quite often see the spikes on the graph that shouldn't be there as you rev the engine.

    I have the same problem but in the live data i have all the values good,0 at idle and if rev it it goes up ,voltage is the same at around 0.40 so the sensor is reading i did the re learn but i still have the error code and i doesent do regeneration at all ive done thounsands of km still no regeneration.

    Could I ask your advice?
    2012 insignia 2.0 diesel if I take the rubber pipe off the sensor the car runs, when I put it back on the car won't run. What do you think it is? Thanks

    Good afternoon. I have a Peugeot Traveler.
    Error P2453 appeared. I was at the service, the differential pressure sensor was replaced with a new one. The error remained. the particulate filter has been cleaned. When diagnosing with the ignition on, the error is not removed. When the engine is started, the error is removed, but once it is turned off and started, it appears again. Tell me what is the reason?

      Is there voltage at the plug?
      Is there sensor movement on live data?
      Was the sensor adaption done after fitting

    Did you have to program the new one? Mine has gone I replaced it still same Issue and same error after replacing

      Just replaced ours but was still limp mode took it to garage and basically reset it and now its fine... didnt know that had to be done was racking my brains

    I think you did a WRONG JOB.
    You did not have to change the DPF sensor. Sensor was fine. The problem was, driver not running the car in motorway, so sooth accumulated.
    You just needed to do STATIC DPF REGENERATION. It will solve the problem 100%
    Same code P2453 appeared in my Vauxhall insignia and went into limp mode. Only running at 20 mph even when accelator 100% down.
    Then i did DPF Static Regen with Autel MK808BT Pro. Some Blue smoke came out.
    Then the fault code gone and Car back to nornal, driving in full speed.
    DO I STILL NEED TO CHANGE THE DPF SENSOR?
    I already bought DPF sensor from ebay from Good dealer. Is there anyway to check if they have send me a Good sensor or Faulty sensor? How do i test a new DPF sensor?
