FAQs:
1. Did it work?
A lot of the people in the comment section said it did for them. This method will work well on clothes that are made with cotton. Other materials other than this may shrink back to its normal size, for example polyester, drifit etc.
2. "Throw in the washing machine and let it dry"?
My bad! I meant wash using the machine and let it AIR DRY. Will try to edit the video to address this issue.
3. Can I do this for the length as well?
Yes
4. Will it damage/fade the print?
No, as long as the water you soak it in is not very hot.
5. How long will the process take?
Since you need at least 2 hours for the conditioner to soften the fibers of the cotton material, overall it may take 4 hours. This does not include the AIR DRYING

Will follow updated FAQ's in description as your video is missing parts but thanks for the tip bro. *update* this actually works stretched a 100% recycled cotton hoodie that was too tight on the body/arms both in width and lenght - it now fits 🙂 forgot to mention I did lightly drain a fair bit of the water from the hoodie after soaking for a few hours and also rolled in a towel then stretched it as required.

23" pit to pit is closer to a medium for a hoodie. Vintage hoodies feel oversizrd because they cut dimensions bigger than t-shirt measurements. You'll often see 25" large pit to pit and 22-24" medium pit to pit.

After you soak it, put it in the washer and afterwards let it air dry. In the future wash as needed and always let air dry. Most cases the dryer will shrink it

Hi! I believe it's a safe method as long as you dont pull too hard. Be careful with light clothes. The hoodie I used the method with has a heavy cloth

You don't have to hold it in place. I tried this once by putting balloons inside (just had a party and that's the first thing that came in mind) but it didn't work and it deformed my shirt.
For the next question, yes you can do it on the sleeves, length and width 🤜🏽🤛🏾
