I've been told that my sister has a personality disorder by her mental health team, but they haven't specified which one. I think she has traits of narcissistic, histrionic and antisocial personality disorders, but it's difficult to tell. My sister has no insight into her behaviour, so it's difficult to work out whether she thinks her behaviour makes her look good.
