All this time I thought this was the color that came with the car, this is how good a job you did with it, super tasteful "mod" and this build is so gorgeous that OEM+ look is just timeless in my opinion.
When I first saw the thumbnail, I was like " Damn what a color. Why don't I even know that such paint exists on 86?" And then I googled and I realized there is no such paint. I played the video and heyyyyyy that's the WRAP!!! Amazing wrapjob, amazing color and I feel very sad that Toyota doesn't provide such color. Thanks for amazing content :-D
hey man! love your videos, I was wondering how you got that updated toyota badge, I would love to swap my scion badge to that iteration of the toyota badge cuz it keeps it more within the modern line of toyota's
So the frs actually has a different size badge, so you may need to see which new Toyota uses the same or similar size. You can check rav4, camry, Avalon, etc. to see if those would fit. Thanks for watching!
I’ve wrapped 2 cars before and both turned out like shit for 2 reasons, One, not ordering enough material. Left me feeling like whenever I messed up a panel I had to leave it the way it was because I only bought enough film for the whole car and no extra Two, rushing and not doing proper research, wrapping looks easy but so many people don’t realize that a lot more goes into it than just heating up film and squeegeeing it on
@Pegza depends on your budget really imo, if you can afford to have a shop or independent person do it, it’s probably worth it. But, if you’re willing to learn and live with possibly a few mistakes, do it yourself
It also depends where you live and the kind of traffic situation you come across. If you live somewhere not a lot of traffic and the roads are clear it will last a lot longer. If you live places where the roads are bad, lots of potholes and debris kicking up by other cars then your wrap is not gonna last very long. If your paint gets chipped or damaged easily having a wrap will protect maybe 2 years before it start to get nicked up.
Great vid, was thinking the same thing to wrap to preserve paint on a new vehicle. How would you say the paint is after removing the wrap or have you removed yet? Would love to know.
Your wrap install was great. You're right that the prep work is crucial with the install. I've also seen many people install wraps on their used cars not knowing that the car was in a crash and when they pull the wrap, it pulls the paint and bondo that was used on it.
My rap has not lifted anywhere, but I'll show you where it has lifted???
His wrap is perfect except for the parts where it is not perfect
40 percent of the time, it makes sense everytime.
Love the wrap color on this. Definitely looking to do the same color on my SC300. Reminds me a lot of Toyota’s Baltic Blue.

Watching your vids makes me want a BRZ/FRS/GT86. I’m happy with my 06 is350 for now so I’ll just admire at a distance.

Now I’m tempted to try to wrap my a90 😳
Do it!! 💯
Is this a real TRD spoiler? Or just styled like it? Where can I find the real one
Real. It’s hard to find :/
Everyone peer pressure Nikolai into helping me wrap my e30
Try Silver warp😁

Hi, thanks for the detailed footage on your wrap! Do you keep your car in a garage daily? And do you know if minor scratches could be repaired?
what wheels are those ? and what’s the specs on the tires too
Everything you need is in this video

I’m thinking Chrome! Because that’s what I want!

Thank you! That does happen quite often and it’s never fun :(
Thanks for making this comment, my door was repainted and probably bondod and I’m planning on wrapping if the paint repair starts to stick out.
That looks fantastic for just your second wrap. Kudos.
how much did the wrap cost back then?
How did you get the wrap to look glossy
what color is this?
Satin
This color is really great.
Thank you! It’s actually a new color now haha :)
Wow I love that wrap! Very rare when someone picks a wrap color that isn’t stupid looking like purple or something
