Thanks for getting into the details like the windshield trim. So many videos are glossing over the hard parts, and that's what I'm here for. Nice work.
For someone that diy's wrapping occasionally it's so satisfying but frustrating at the same to time. Watching you do this makes me want to wrap my Sti but I know half way through I'll regret it 😂
@@Justsomeonesomwhereyeah all that work for 3 years of enjoyment. I’m keeping a ceramic coating on my next one so I can maybe get some more life out of it 🤷♂️
Devin, you make it look easy. I have attempted to do a few small jobs myself and was not successful at all. It really is not as easy at all. Looks amazing. My only suggestion would be to have given the cloudy headlights some attention and polished them out before putting back on.
No more gyms for me...I'm taking up wrapping cars!! Yoga, isometrics, stretch bands, resistance...it's all there, plus you get not only a boss car, but a beach bod to boot!!!😂
FYI for a quick DIY paint fix for cracking paint, prior to wrapping, us some clear nail polish. Apply it in thin coats, then sand smooth. Nail polish is enamel and will hold up long term and has “some” flex to it. Easy fix and you won’t see the cracks and/or blemishes thru the vinyl. Also, can be used to hold DIY tint edges to a window so it doesn’t peel back from going up and down in the weatherstripping. 👍☺️
I recently tried wrapping my Audi with a Vvivid+ vinyl... HUGE mistake. Watching you use the Avery makes me realize why its 3X as pricey. For anyone wanting to wrap their own car, don't be cheap and pay for quality vinyl😂
I love diy, but wrapping has always been scary to me. Legit this video paired with some feel good music and great tips makes me want to give it a crack! Saving this for sure, thanks Devin!
Where would you cut if the rear bumper and body are one part, no 2 surfaces that cannot be separated from each other, no bead in between, smooth surface? on the side or rear view?
How much does it cost roughly for a mid size suv? I know it probably matters on the color as well, but trying to see if it's cheaper then a standard paint job. Thanks.
NUARDO GREYYYYY, OMG BRUH such cool color wer primer, polished concrete 😍😍 Im just kidding 😂😂 but not at the same time, silver was better. Love the videos Devin hahaha
Price depends on the quality of vinyl. Chinese vinyl is cheaper...but you get what you pay. I use 3M 2080 which I personally feel is one of the best on the market. With that being said, using 3M, you could DIY this car for around $800.00 including the needed tools🙂 Make sure your tools include a wrap glove!!!
Since I entered to win Gary without knowing I wasn’t able to win because I live in Canada. Is this giveaway any different? Can I win it even tho I’m in Canada?
I've watched it twice and still tripping that my man did the whole side in one piece
First time I've seen someone do this properly and not just heat gunning everything, the less heat you use the longer the wrap will last 👍
Many people would see this, and say it’s easy, but it’s not. You are a professional man after all this year of work💪💪
It is if you have patience, i rather do this myself than paying a "professional" 4k for a fucking sticker.
I've done a few wraps your right its not that easy but after you do 6 vehicles it becomes easier
I love that this car isn't perfect, I'd be scared to drive or use something that is perfect. It's also my favorite car ever so, all for this!
Thanks for getting into the details like the windshield trim. So many videos are glossing over the hard parts, and that's what I'm here for. Nice work.
The pup layin there at the end like he just got done wrappin the car himself!
For someone that diy's wrapping occasionally it's so satisfying but frustrating at the same to time. Watching you do this makes me want to wrap my Sti but I know half way through I'll regret it 😂
😂😂😂 just do it. Leave alone the regretting part of it😂😂😂

@@Justsomeonesomwhereyeah all that work for 3 years of enjoyment. I’m keeping a ceramic coating on my next one so I can maybe get some more life out of it 🤷♂️

GOD Loves Fast Cars!!!! Man thats an AMAZING quote for a Car Guy's T-Shirt

Loved this color on my 2015 wrx!!
Excellent tutorial, thanks!
Awesome job bro love the grey
should you use one piece for the fender and doors, or can u use multiple pieces?
nice video Devin, thanks for the tips. I'm about to wrap mine so this was helpful af

You made it look super easy
So a heat gun isn't necessary? An did u spray the other panels with iPa?
How long would a wrap job like this last on a daily driver?
you make it look so easy!
Would love to win this! Color looks great
That Avery lays pretty well. First time I tried wrapping I was using the Walmart cricut cutter vinyl. HORRIBLE STUFF! But great work as always
THATS A NICE RESULT ,HOW MUCH IF DONE IN A WRAPSHOP ?
My toxic trait is believing I can do this myself. It looks amazing!
The best Devin

You're a truly talented man Mr Nimela 😅
Will Vinyl show hail damage? My car has slight hail damage on some places
I like it. Great explanation and job. How does the vinyl hold up over time on a hot hood? Thanks!
NUARDO GREYYYYY, OMG BRUH such cool color wer primer, polished concrete 😍😍

Sorry, my first time coming across your channel, but are you related to the late Cameron Niemela ?
Realistically how long does the trim coat last?
I wish you would have shown a more in depth closeup of how you get the vinyl-to-vinyl seams to match perfectly.
Is the Evo 4 gone on holidays??
Great job on the wrapping.
Looking good!
You did great
Beautiful job. Definitely something I couldn’t do.
For the wheels are u going with some 57DR or CR ?
HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU
Video is gonna make me want to wrap all my cars 🤣🤣
😮ok
What kind of blade you using to cut the wrap Devin ? Always amazing work 🫡
Did you get a new dog? Thanks for the tutorial!
Nice 👽, time for some Wheels 📀
Nice work bro. Should have buffed the headlights while they were out.
Nice work 🤟
Use ceramic spray or even water next time you squeegee so you can see where you already squeegeed
i saw someone use a jack with the jack handle to hold the roll of vinyl. Im trying that next time since i wrap my cars solo.
13:32 gun's bro 💪🏻😅
This is sick!
Watching this video has me thinking about wrapping my s13. 😂
We wanna see Piston in your videos please! 🐶
Awwww you got a puppy when did I miss that? Is it a Great Dane? See the ears being pinned up so was just guessing.
When I get a dozen long stem Roses for my honey she always wants Nardo Grey Roses.
Since I entered to win Gary without knowing I wasn’t able to win because I live in Canada. Is this giveaway any different? Can I win it even tho I’m in Canada?
how much was that whole roll
20 metres roll should cost around £360, 5 metre rolls £90, depending on where you are living
