Lol that’s funny and still a valid question. 20 hours overnight in Canada is not easy. More minimal the better since you have to keep an eye on line cutters. For clothing; Patagonia jacket, many layers underneath, two long johns, Blundstones boots. High quality camping chair is a big bonus, your back and legs will thank you. Other than that nothing else. If I had to do it again I would bring a below zero celsius sleeping bag.
I would love to see these on different straps. A nato, maybe a sail cloth, rubber, maybe a aftermarket Speedmaster bracelet. That would be a great video! 🙏🏻
Swatch group owns Omega, and seems a positive move if anything. It's got everyone, talking about it. And many non watch enthusiasts, are looking and discovering. Sure there's couple of set-backs. But it's positive for watch industry.

This is a great collab. a fun collab. I would love to gift this to my 5 year old nephew/son and have them appreciate this to be an intro to watches.

The interesting thing about this is how the conglomerate manages the masses, if you realize, even people with experience have fallen for the crook, they have handled the propaganda well, obviously, it is about Swatch, which is not bad, but a certain part of the community has gotten carried away, it's a shame, because I don't think this piece is worth what it costs, and it's not about owning something just because, well, it's everyone's money, it's respectable, but in this environment of Horology enthusiasts, tread carefully, I think there are better options out there with more value for your money. The only good thing about this is that it sparked interest in having a watch, we hope that a large part of these new enthusiasts who have been carried away by the Swatch fever, at a given moment look around the market and recognize that there are better options, just it's a matter of searching. I couldn't agree more. This is truly a horrid marketing decision that will degrade the Omega brand. It would be like BMW suddenly producing a car at the same price point of a Toyota Corolla.

When it is legible and has a minimum tightness of 100M. That's a great watch, that's why value is one thing and price another. No watch of more than 1,500 euros that does not have precious material in its construction and some complication beyond time and day, is worth a higher price, even if its movement is manufactured. Watches are overrated and like everything else, value is one thing and price is another. This is not an obstacle to deny the luxury market that exists, but that is something more than watchmaking.
