If you click "SHOW MORE" in the description above your be able to see Links to the Tools 🔧🔨🔧 I use. Also Clickable Chapters📋 📙 throughout the video and other Links 🎬 that may be of interest. I've had a few viewers request where they can buy the tools they see in some of my videos but it's not very clear that the "SHOW MORE" tab has a lot of information in that may be of interest. Admittedly the amazon links are associated with me and I would earn a small commission which helps towards keeping the channel funded.
hi, in my own car, oil is leaking from the base of the nozzle and you can see a little gasp of steam and it doesn't smell like diesel, does that black rubber seal prevent the oil from rising up or has the sealing of the valve mechanism housing failed at the seam, does the end of the oil go into the hole of the nozzle?
New to your channel Mark great content iv just binge watched your mini series of videos lol. I see you have videos on a nissan x trail which I will be watching having recently purchased one myself. Keep up the great videos
Hi again! Still loving your videos, I've just finished refitting the injectors and the intake manifold etc. I had a question if you wouldn't mind helping. I know you mentioned that the injectors are coded to the ECU... Unfortunately, at the point I removed them I didn't know that, so I have no way of knowing what the order was before. They are all the same bosch injectors (checked the serial inside the nozzle whilst they were disassembled). My question is: how catastrophic will it be if they are fitted in the incorrect order? Will the car run but a bit lumpy? Or is it a situation where it will cause serious engine damage or prevent the car starting? Thanks again for your content and your help!
Thank you for the compliment. Presumably they are all coded the same to some degree I would have thought, so although they advise replacing them back in the cylinder they came out of if you have no idea then I would just pop them back and hopefully all will be ok. Maybe the ecu will have to re learn each injector and the engine will be a bit rough till it does. They have serial numbers on the top to identify them. They are at least for that car so I should imagine they would be ok.

The copper washers fail on the ends causing blow by from the cylinders.
