these videos are so timeless!! i used to follow these with my friends a few years ago while we were on a school trip (we were walking a lot carrying drawstring bags so our shoulders were incredibly sore). I'm in college now and I had such a stressful few weeks in school. i could already feel the tension, but i had to lug a super heavy bag to the train station yesterday and woke up extremely sore. decided it was time for a self-massage and this video plus a few other helped so much.
I have migraines that I developed after an accident (post-concussion syndrome). And I find these massages totally relieves them! So thank you so much - absolute God-send!

The front of the shoulders and chest are usually the most important areas to work. Most of us round our shoulders forward, closing off the chest muscles and holding them in a short and tightened position. The back of the shoulders (and where people almost always feel the pain) gets stretched out and weak from trying to pull our shoulders back so we don't fall forward. The back will never be able to relax until we achieve length and openness through the front. I'm glad you enjoyed. Thanks so much for your feedback!
Wow it really works. I have shoulder pain after playing badminton, i cannot do backhand before watching this video, after follow your instructions, i can do backhand normally, but still felt very little pain, but much better. Thankyou!!
