    *This video is phenomenal!* I’m 6’4 and lanky. I’ve had a slouched posture for as long as I can remember! After doing these stretches I no longer find it exhausting to stand up straight. *Simply amazing!*

    This is absolutely amazing. Pls show something to us for the upper back and lower back too, ps I'm kinda of a beginning on exercise, so anything for that would help so much. Thank you ❤️
