How to fix poor posture with self-massage!

    *This video is phenomenal!* I’m 6’4 and lanky. I’ve had a slouched posture for as long as I can remember! After doing these stretches I no longer find it exhausting to stand up straight. *Simply amazing!*

    I slouch all of the time because trying to have good posture makes my back hurt worst than slouching does.
