9:20 the 90° turns would be good to do them clockwise in addition to counter-clockwise. Eventually, a full 360° in each direction. Also improving your middle splits would increase your flexibility, widening your straddle, making the side to side balance while in the straddle a bit easier. 14:40 when looking at the fingers it would be good to focus on a particular spot. Paul Twyman suggests a spot between your thumb and index finger.
Solid Andry strong for one handstand challenge and thank you so much for sharing this teps video number one fun andry strong 💪 from Philippines 💪 nice collaboration man💯
The debate about proper handstand form is real. I got into one when i teach someone else, we debate whether its better for beginner to start learn with push then split the leg or kick then straighten the leg
Hello everything is fine? My name is Eliot, I'm autistic support 1, I'm 32 years old and I train Streetworkout for myself. I help with therapies, I have a very good command of the handstand and other more complex exercises, however I'm having a problem with muscle spasms when doing the one arm handstand , which is not making me stay in isometry between the shoulder and the scapula. I would like you to help me by evaluating a video of mine, because I am autistic, many coaches here and other athletes ignore me . if you could be so kind as to help me by contacting me directly, i would be more happy and motivated to be able to do the O.A.H. thank you very much.
Anyone knows in terms of technique of controlling the rotation that wants to kick you out of balance. Shall the free arm shoulder be into forward lean of the supporting arm shoulder = protraction
Bro, your elbows and knees are backwards! Does that kind of flexibility help you or make it harder? You talked about strength training but what about flexibility training? Is that important?
Valik is top, Andrii.A really top notch pro of his trade. The hyper extension of his elbows caught my eyes instantly, pretty much like the one of his knees. What a pleasure to watch him do so easily the unthinkable....for now!!!!. Please, bring him back to the channel more often. We , handstand lovers will be grateful to you 4 Eva. Andrii, you can freestanding handstand pretty cool too, bro!.
gosh im worrying about Valik's arm, it seems like the elbow joint will break cuz it kinda bend outwards when laying straight for HS. PS: i know he is a trained professional tho also me afraid to try handstands due to the same bendy arm cause by an accident when i was little eventhough doctors had confirmed that my bones are fully recovered
exclellent handstands but...there's no easy way to make fast one arm handstand,it's long time process!!! no way to learn it fast like planche for example. You show "advanced tips".

Sometime I fear it might break😢

BEST TUTORIAL )LETS GOOOOOOO
Cool to see the difference between the hyperextending elbows and almost full split straddle (Valik) and the "normal" elbows and straddle of Andry
😊
A great channel for those who have started learning English, it is very clear what they are saying
lmao
1:38 I have never seen a more effortless press to handstand...
Yeah, 'just' straight arm press to handstand...
You right
😂😂😂😂
Yes, i would recommend to learn press before one arm

You can also take small steps
Then you can both for 27 hours

Do we need to do elbow forward in handstand ? I see valik stratienko he put elbow forward like in planche or do I see wrong ?
Elbows forward bro
That’s everything right you think😮
I like how both of them leave out some words as neither of them speaks fluent English 😂
can i also do the same exercises on parallettes?
You should do calisthenics vs gymnast.
My elbows are hurting so much while looking at his elbows lol
We need a Sondre vs valik video
😅maybe

I bet this dude is nearly impossible to armbar.

Hey andry,is the one arm planche impossible.Correct me if I am wrong, just curious.Sick vids though
Did you take your brains back yet and youtube search 1 arm planche?

How tall are you Andry?
166cm
@@andrystrong1 166cm wide too lmao you are an absolute unit
I skipped all and did finger ome😅😅
One hour for one arm, 🤯
Why not?
I wonder if his double jointed/ hypermobile elbows and knees have anything to do with his skill level. 😂
Omg why did his elbows look dislocated omg
how about one arm hand-hop ,i mean b-boys exceeded you already
the way his elbows bend past 180 degrees 😖😖
crazy
ございます
Dude tou are crazy strong but you will fuck up your elbows like this. Joint and ligaments are straining like crazy, in this hyperextended position.
Why your hands are bend I am scared because I think it will damage your hands 😅
He has hyperextension in elbows
What's wrong with his elbow?
It's bent dude
It doesn't look so right
I dont think his arm is supposed to bend that way.
