Been following your videos for a while now and have progressed in my handstand journey quite a bit. This video is coming in at a perfect time for me, as I've been practicing the One -arm for a year now and don't have it yet.66 yrs.old now and time is running out🤭.Thank you again!
i feel like your videos are explaining gymnastics stuff much much better than these of other calisthenics youtubers. as a former gymnast who is learning elements again after 10 years of doing nothing, it is really easy to follow. i am still learning new stuff my coach never told me to pay more attention to while watching your videos. keep up the great work!
At my strongest I could do 5 freestanding pushups, a few pike presses in a row, and a 1 minute hold. One arm is a whole other level though. Never felt even slighty close.
Never mind a one arm handstand, after almost 4 month of daily consistent two arm handstand training my window balance has not improved a bit. The long I managed so far was around 10 second and it fell an eternity, like the world had stopped... But mostly is 2 to 4 seconds. It doesn't feel like i am going anywhere 😂🤷♂
Great video! What are your thoughts on learning on paralettes vs the floor? I'm much more controlled on paralettes and they beat my wrist up a lot less
P Bars are tricky to learn on (it can be done) instead I would recommend trying handstand blocks. They will take some time to get used to but will be easier both on the wrists and learning the OAHS
I have a few free ones on TH-cam or my paid App has lots of follow alongs and programs. Try this one th-cam.com/video/8Az8OLAq_EI/w-d-xo.htmlsi=QEpps44CJ7fKB-Ky
Doggo made this video 10 times better 😂✨
Yes 🐶 She is always close by when I’m filming
@@PaulTwyman aww 🥰

Thats great to hear! Thank you for you feedback and enjoy your journey back to some cool skills
Amazing tips I never heard before. Awesome thanks so much ❤
Glad it was helpful!
Great video Paul! This one has helped me a lot with some of the finer details when working the OAHS.
Great to hear! Thank you
Getting better in the middle splits will also make straddle planche, front/ back lever, and handstand press a bit easier.
yes definitely, mobility is amazing for calisthenics
Great job man, thank you for the knowledge
Thank You!
Best channel ever on point

That’s awesome level, great work. One Arm just takes so many hours!
Hello sir... How many HS wall assisted push ups can you do?

Is this technique can be applied to people with hyper extended elbow too? I mean the elbow in leg out tips
Crazy thx
Been getting back into handstands, could hold for a few seconds before (can occasionally now) but are there any standard routines

@@PaulTwyman Cheers!
Just realized I haven’t really worked back so I may need to do that if I wanna be able to do that 💀😂
I can do aproximately a 5 minute handstand is that enough require for this skill
long hold is different skill but 5min is impressive. im solid with handstands but I do 1,5min also i dont practise it much.
5mins is very impressive, 2 mins longer than me. Yes you should definitely be fine with the drills.
lol no you can't ^^
l will never be able to learn one arm handstand
It's all about time, consistency. It's not for everyone
@@PaulTwyman l can do regular handstand for 30 seconds, but one arm handstand feels impossible. Today l will start training for one arm handstand.
how to spread your legs so wide😂
