    I guess it must be hard to find flat ground in Norway. This is amazing that you are doing this on an inclined surface.

    Perfect Sondre, I love you're tutorials, different but effective, I wanted to start already my OAH journey and I wanted to ask you about it. Actually i'm gaining flex for having a straight handstand which right now I can acomplish sometimes during each training session, I have between 15 and 25 secs of Handstand, beeing able to make diferent shapes, straddle, diamont, full, is it a good idea then to start OAH or I should be able to do more secs for example? Thank you and keep with your nice job man!

    • @Sondre_Berg
      @Sondre_Berg  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I’d probably focus on getting an even more proficient handstand for now 😊 When you say you have between 15 and 25 seconds, I am guessing your handstand is still a bit inconsistent. Before making a move for the OAHS, in every try, there should be no question of how long you can hold it - always until the cramps get you (which should be 60+seconds).
      But hey, celebrate your current achievements, your handstands are improving and 25s + different shapes is a huge achievement by itself. There are plenty of goals to work on, so keep it up 😊💪

    • @Kuantico994
      @Kuantico994 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@Sondre_Berg Hey Sondre thank you, I appreciate the whole advice, You are absolutely right, my handstand is still a bit inconsistent.
      I Can't hold it 100% or 99% of the time, damn you got me. Then I assume it will be better to master the hold and get it 100%, with also playing with the shapes?
      And also thank you for your kind words, I actually love every day of my journey, the other day I had, my cleanest handstand ever with more than 30 secs with shapes, and didn't got any fatigue! You're opener shoulder exercises are a gem!

  • @FelipeBerio

    Hey sondre awesome tutorial I will put these on practice for sure! I got a question, whenever I do the weight shifts against the wall it gets harder and harder to keep my palm flat against the ground. As if I was puting all the pressure o the outer edge (pinkie and base of the palm) this doeasn´t happen when doing regular handstands unless I go for a very narrow stance. Is this a wrist mobility issue? or strength related? I´ve seen athlets who do perform OAHS in this way with their index knuckle raised of the floor, but I dont want to assume straight away that I shouldn´t work on fixing it. Would be super helpfull to hear your opinion on it, thanks in advance :)
