looks the same as what i have, here is what i had to do If you don't know how to make the proper electrical connections, the following will help you: Connect "R" and "T" (at the inverter) to the single phase power supply. You could also connect "R" and "S" or "S" and "T". Both ways are ok. And then connect the "U, V, W " to the motor 1, 2, 3(U to 1, V to 2, W to 3). Usually we'll connect No. 4 pin (that connects the cover of the spindle motor) to the ground wire. If you use this VFD for this spindle motor 0-400HZ , Please set the parameters of the VFD as our following suggestion step by step, and don't change the sequence: Step 1: Set PD005 =400 Step 2: Set PD004 =400 Step 3: Set PD003 =400 Step 4: Set PD072 =400 PD144=3000
Hola, tengo un problema, en sentido FOR me va todo bien pero cuando cambio a REV empieza lento y se para. Porque puede ser? En FOR me gira en sentido antihorario y me gustaria que girara en sentido horario
Well not sure if you fix it but you definitely are missing some stuff you need to go to line number 70 and 71 you need to set your motor to constant current you're missing a lot of parameters that's why it's off
not sure if you found your problem yet but i had the same issue and come to find out the plug on top of the spindle has more than one way to rotate and go down into the spindle. I found my ground using the outside of the spindle and then made sure my ground was positioned property from the wiring. It is such a bad design that it fits in more than one way.
@@chrisscranton1936 thank you for your response. I will double-check that. I have ohmed it out and I read 2.3 or so ohms between any to pins other than pin 4 which is to be left open as I understand. I am not getting much help from the EBAY seller, I have never had much luck using EBAY. Thank you
If you need to know where to go and what lines let me know and I'll take a picture of my book and send it to you I had the same problem when I first set up my motor it's a five horse three phase input and output and once I got the parameters right I've had no problems with it ever since it's all about programming
My problem is direction of rotation is wrong. How to rotate direction of motor to right direction. Engine always turns the other way around. weird. How to set M03 direction of rotation.

So this is a long time ago… I’m having the same issue. What was the resolution?
What was the fix for your problem? The jumper needs to be moved to operate with the computer, perhaps being connected to that caused the error??
