Andrew, did you find a solution for the spindle faulting out? Mine does the same thing.

If you need to know where to go and what lines let me know and I'll take a picture of my book and send it to you I had the same problem when I first set up my motor it's a five horse three phase input and output and once I got the parameters right I've had no problems with it ever since it's all about programming

Well not sure if you fix it but you definitely are missing some stuff you need to go to line number 70 and 71 you need to set your motor to constant current you're missing a lot of parameters that's why it's off

My problem is direction of rotation is wrong. How to rotate direction of motor to right direction. Engine always turns the other way around. weird. How to set M03 direction of rotation.

looks the same as what i have, here is what i had to do If you don't know how to make the proper electrical connections, the following will help you: Connect "R" and "T" (at the inverter) to the single phase power supply. You could also connect "R" and "S" or "S" and "T". Both ways are ok. And then connect the "U, V, W " to the motor 1, 2, 3(U to 1, V to 2, W to 3). Usually we'll connect No. 4 pin (that connects the cover of the spindle motor) to the ground wire. If you use this VFD for this spindle motor 0-400HZ , Please set the parameters of the VFD as our following suggestion step by step, and don't change the sequence: Step 1: Set PD005 =400 Step 2: Set PD004 =400 Step 3: Set PD003 =400 Step 4: Set PD072 =400 PD144=3000

What was the fix for your problem? The jumper needs to be moved to operate with the computer, perhaps being connected to that caused the error??

I like it a lot actually. I need to go with a different fuel because I see knock at about 22 psi on crappy 91 pump gas and this turbo really just starts to wake up at low 20 psi. Top end is pretty amazing. I'm pretty sure I have a boost leak but it starts building boost by 3500 RPM and hits full boost around 4200-4500 depending on what gear and conditions.

I was wondering how your wastegate is setup? Im in the process of putting my hy35 on my 1g and was wondering if it was off the manifold or some custom housing you made before the downpipe.

Andrew, amazing fab work, that intake manifold looks delicious. :) The header is beautiful... what kind of differences is the HX35 with a tubular mani, and external gate, and a tubular mani, external gate, and a td06sl2 20g. Right now, I have a stock 2g exh manifold, running the 20g, it's a great street turbo, but I think I want a new turbo setup. I got a fresh longblock, scat/wiseco, crower valvetrain, but mines a 5spd... ive never driven the 1320.... anyhoo, if you read this, I will take your word as bible. :) GOOD LUCK!!!!!! weld them spider gears.. ;)

Wow super clean build and amazing fab work. Engine wise reminds me a lot of my plans. Just curious, when does your hy35 spool up with the stock exhaust housing and t3 manifold?
