Am following this routine from last 1 month regularly... And it works wonder... Mam, honestly, this is just a video for you, but for me, I can say that this video has given me a new life... For I m dancing after 3 years. 3 long years of illness got me away from dancing. I was even not able to do tattadavu and nattadavu properly. Due to these routines, I m now slowly gaining flexibility and strength. Kudos to you! Lots and lots of love from Gujarat!❣️

Wow Iv been repenting all my life for not having strong legs to finish my natyam with the same stamina I started with. This leg strengthening workouts of urs are literally gonna help me maintain my stamina throughout thanku soo much lots of love💕
@@aneeshyakandiyil8138 We are doing non-stop plie squats for say, 3mins*(as many times). That will be hard on legs, if done correctly. I prefer dedicating one day in a week for leg workout.(ps : This routine is "part" of my regime and not the only workout) You must rest the muscle at least for a day or 2 before you work on same muscle again. So if you can afford to do it 2/3 times a week without over straining the same muscle, it will be good. I use this for strengthening and not for warm up :)
Oh, really, if every one try to do this when he or she is in better or in good health, Arthritis shall not be able to approach that is what I think. Thanks a lot for introducing such a superb exercise!
