Surprisingly, for the first time, I tried doing all the exercises and I succeeded in doing all except two. Ofcourse not for 40 seconds. !! Anyway, good exercises to improve our leg muscles. Ha...I liked the exercise in which objects are kept in three directions and picking them up. Very nice. !! 👌👌👌🙏🙏🙏
Oh my.... you make me dance and sweat every week !!! Just when I thought this one is about dancing and not meant for me.... No !!! This is helpful for everyone. Knee rotation is for start, Kudittu Shuffle... Even me trying that 😁 !!! Plie Squat with Heel raise had my thighs temble, Single ankle hops made me jump... rememberd jubli game when we wire children, Heal raise in aramandi I can really feel the inner thigh muscles strain, I let go of Single ankle roll to toes and ankle roll to squat. ( I have made a conscious decision few years back that I shall not bend the knees to extreme position to avoid injury at my age), Single leg object drop made me dance. Ankle alphabet is fun. Ah... Smile... It increases your face value 😊😊😊
Thanks again for trying these out! Very very good decision in not over straining the knees.. It is very important to respect the body. There are many things which our body can currently do. Smartness lies in not doing it keeping in mind the future consequences :)
Bhavaji, every time you give very valuable inputs. I think Pratibha has to be more vigilant now ! 😂. I love your in depth study of the exercises and its effects. Great. Thank you. Have noted your suggestion :) More often that not there will not be a 1:1 mapping between an adavu and an exercise. It is the whole routine which helps you get fitter and stronger to perform particular adavu/item. Also in this video, as the name suggests, it definitely helps with kuditu mettu/kudittu tattu.

This is question is meant for @pratibha kini .... I have this problem where the kuditta metta adavu for my feet cant go higher because I tend to fall and my feet shake..and when I try to do third speed my feet just like give up ...not in pain but automatically..so how can I master this adavu ..when I usually tend to fall and how do I hold the adavu pose longer?..I tried this exercises it helped but I couldn't hold my heels to go really up..
